I was very interested in kitting out my home studio, but I was a novice in what equipment I needed but Bobby helped and pointed me in the right direction for everything I needed, wireless mics that work seamlessly, An absolute diamond and invaluable to the company!

No matter what the project, (or problem), HW has been my go-to for years.

They've always been so helpful in sourcing, repairing and even installing. Over the years I've bought countless items both personally and professionally - Bob & Richard couldn't have been more professional and helpful at every turn to make sure projects were sourced under budget, and creative solutions were found when needed.

They're both super knowledgeable, and genuinely interested and invested in any conversation, even if there isn't necessarily a transaction at the end.

Can't thank Bobby enough for all his help, I'm absolutely useless with technology and he made sure I got what I needed! I'll definitely be back!

A friendly and knowledgable bunch, with a great store with parking, so easy to access. Able to help you out with a vast array of products right across the musical spectrum, from instruments to gear and accessories.

Bought two drum kits from here, both times the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, it was my first kit so I needed plenty of advice and they answered everything politely and professionally. They even helped me load the kit into my car after purchasing which was very much appreciated. Thank you!.

Knowing HW had a wide selection ready to demo, I called ahead and spoke to Bobby (Rob) who assured me they have the models I was interested in.

I was able to spend time demoing each system with my own audio and asking lots of questions.

I walked away with a brand new system, knowing I had the full support of HW.
The store is a goldmine of equipment and more importantly, solid advice.

Always found time to help me find the right products to match my requirements.

I've been using HW for 30+ years and have bought a ton of gear in that time, most recently a Fender Player II Strat - I'd rather buy local than online and had great service from them as always. They're down-to-earth and have practical real-world advice, well worth a visit!

Purchased from here before so returned to part ex. Found staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of stock to choose from too. Will definitely go back when I need more gear or not!
