Så fint er dog ærgelig over man ikke kan se at varen ikke er på lager når man bestiller, men fik varen Som anvist dog var der “lang” leveringstid men den kom og i fin stand

Seems unreliable for international purchase
Took almost two months to get an international order processed. International fee was incorrect on the online checkout and was only notified of it one month later with an updated fee. The link they provided for the payment doesn't work, so they wanted a wire transfer...Took a while and they were finally able to just adjust the price and just charge it on the original credit card I provided.

We always try to do our best to secure a good and fair dialogue as well as good delivery time for our goods. I know about your case, and I understand, that due to the fact, that you bought the goods on our danish website, we had some difficulties to make the right calculations. This is automatically stopped in our system, and I am sorry for our systems not being more efficient.
We are working to make this better.
We also - and always - have a strict payment policy and quality for shipments overseas, and that too can seem a little frustrating.
However I hope, that all will go well and that you end up with exactly what you wanted and though the "not so smooth" handling, will be please to come back and buy more some day.
