The HYBR team has been an incredible help! I am an incoming postgraduate student from the US, looking to live in a studio or en suite shared property, near the University of Bristol campus... but I am bringing my indoor, house cat to live with me. My correspondence with HYBR has been amazing, timely, and absolutely seamless. They have been helping me find something that fits my very specific needs... halfway across the world, even with a significant time difference! Thank you to Hannah and the HYBR team. I highly recommend their service. :)

Made one enquiry with them about a particular property and didn’t ask anything from them, but they went out of their way to contact me personally and send me very relevant properties that were either available or soon-to-be. Very friendly service and amazing for students.

Haven’t signed a tenancy with a Hybr property but I have had a viewing and dealt with the customer service/website and I am impressed. The website is easy to use and the people you deal with are very nice. Seems like a transparent company in terms of what their goals are and I’d suggest checking them out if you are a student. One area of improvement from them would maybe be more detail in descriptions/photos of properties but, if you can get a viewing that doesn’t matter anyway :)

I advertised three of my student properties on Hybr and have had a very positive experience with them. Hannah Chappatte has been very helpful, and there has been excellent communication with her throughout the entire process. Hybr generated a lot of interest in my properties, and they provided a friendly and personal service. I would highly recommend Hybr to any landlord looking to advertise their student properties.

First contacted them by email to arrange a viewing. The place had been Let but they sent several other options. They asked about my budget, number of people, location, etc and matched me to various places. They also put me in touch with the landlady for one of the properties and even followed up with me later asking if I had heard from the landlady and what my plans were. Overall very very helpful staff. Would recommend!!

Hybr has been the only letting agency in Bristol that actually listens and seems to care, they have also been super helpful with their advice and expertise.
