Bad reception .. dirty beddings.. it is worst than cheap hostels ..its nor recomanded .. i didnt like the staff guidance.. cheap appartment with a very cheap service .. very very very bad

From reading the reviews of this place I was extremely apprehensive for when we arrived as it seemed it’s not all that it is advertised to be. We took the lift to the second floor and upon exiting the lift it was very clear that the property could do with some renovation / new carpets etc. we then entered our room . Overall the condition of the room was poor , the toilet seat was hanging off and the cleanliness was lacking we found several dark hairs in the bathroom and other debris on the floor. The flooring was missing edging from the skirting bored and the blind was stained. This aside the room was a great size and it’s a shame because if it had an overhaul and refurbishment it would of been great aside from other issues which are likely to never be changed. On the morning of the first day we were woken to loud banging at 5am which almost sounded like hoovering , then a couple of hours later somebody I believe to be praying as they were chanting/shouting at the top of their lungs which doesn’t help when the walls are paper thin. I can only imagine the rooms the other side and around us were also awoken by this. I am absolutely fine with those practicing their religion but it seems unfair to be shouting at the top of their lungs at 7am when there’s other guests around them and they woke us up both mornings , we could hear it word for word it was that loud they then proceeded to stamp and bang around after the 20 minute episode and they were very aware of how noisy they were but simply didn’t care , I believe it was a staff member living above us . It’s clear this is not just an apartment hotel but also has people living within it it as well. During our stay we saw multiple people moving furniture to their rooms and other appliances. It’s clear those who reside here have no respect for guests visiting and the noise level is not something they care about. I personally will not return to this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness , constant noise disruptions of banging and shouting and the state of disrepair , however I will say this , the location is amazing and if your simply just needing somewhere to sleep ,so long as you don’t mind being woken and shower then go out , then the place is just about bearable. I would be wary of the room you receive or are given as I feel we were luckily given one of the “better condition” rooms. Take your money elsewhere and your probably get a better overall experience.

They evicted me illegally
After coming to my studio flat taking pictures in the toilet saying that a neighbour are complaining about smell of weed I do not smoke weed.
They even mentioned charging e £500 for this.
They blocked me to enter the studio flat by stopping the card reader to get in the flat.
They have my £200 deposit
I paid £3000 3 months rent only stayed 1 months
I will be dealing with this issues very soon
Please do not rent from them

Best avoided! Read the reviews carefully about this hotel, it is not what it proclaims to be.. Awful experience, a trip which was meant to be a treat for my elderly mother and sister who were visiting.. I had not seen her since '87!! And it was totally ruined by the unhelpful staff and lack of management. They basically took my money, confirmed my booking then turned my family away due to an error which they admitted was partly their fault! No refund, no apology and aparently no way to make formal complaint other than via reservations who were the one's whose error cost me hundreds of £s and left us all stranded in London for the night!
