Product supplied with short shelf life
I bought a bulk load of aquatabs chlorine tablets which should have arrived with up to 5 years shelf life as per maker policy (I buy 3-4 years worth at a time).
However, after checking on arrival the tablets only had 6-7 months shelf life remaining so most would not be any good for me. I offered to send these back and receive longer shelf life replacements however the company said not available and no need to return and that they would refund in full which followed a few days later.
I would have rated 5* as excellent after sales customer service however I had to drop one star as this should not have slipped through the net.
I will still buy again from this company based on the good experience and prices.
