Caution!

I feel it's essential to share my recent experience with this online shop, and I must say, it was far from satisfactory. My encounter with them has left me quite disappointed, and here's why:

First and foremost, their lack of compliance with legal requirements is concerning. I had requested a proper invoice for my purchase, but they failed to provide one, despite being obligated to do so by law. This negligence is a significant red flag for any responsible customer.
Furthermore, the quality of the products I received was nothing short of underwhelming. The items were poorly made, and their exorbitant prices were in no way justified by the subpar quality. It's disheartening to pay a premium for something that fails to meet even the most basic standards.
To make matters worse, a part of my order was missing, and their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. It's disheartening to be ignored and left in the dark when you're trying to resolve an issue with a purchase.
On a side note, I happened to have a significant social media following, and I am seriously contemplating sharing my experience there. I believe it's essential for consumers to be aware of such unsatisfactory practices.
In conclusion, my encounter with this online shop has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, poor product quality, missing item from my order, and unresponsive customer service are reasons enough for me to discourage others from making purchases from them.

I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers and urges the company to improve its practices.

Firstly, users can now download their invoices from the confirmation email. Secondly, we have removed all low-quality products from our inventory and promise unconditional refunds for any future quality issues. Lastly, in the case of missing items, we will also provide unconditional refunds once the issue is confirmed.

I ordered three items from the shop

I ordered three items from the shop. The products I ordered are really great and fun additions to my flat. They’re unique and funky, as well as vibrant and quirky choices to liven up a room. The moss rug is great and so is the large pink cushion with eyeballs, I love them.
