Whenever an issue like this arises, we want to fix it immediately. Good service but mixed view on quality
I cannot fault their customer service. Received single tile instead of 1 box - great on telephone/response & sent missing tiles by express delivery. Quality however not quite as good as expected/hoped, picture as described but edges not 'square/flat' - almost looked like 2 very thin tiles put together & not completely covered by gloss finish. Fine if grouted together on wall but not if edges left visible as we wanted.
