Great quality
I ordered samples which took a while to arrive. The order was split and the updates non existent. However the quality was great. So I placed an order for my master bathroom. This arrived swiftly in good condition. The pearl mosaic tiles are expensive but worth it in my opinion. Would order again. But expect a slow delivery of samples.

Thanks for the honest feedback! Really sorry about the sample delivery – that's not our usual standard and we need to do better there. Glad you gave us another chance with the main order and that the pearl mosaics were worth the wait. Appreciate you ordering again despite the bumpy start.

Hyperion tiles sell Fired Earth tiles
Hyperion tiles have taken on the role of distributing the tiles from Fired Earth because that company is closing down. Hyperion have been very helpful, well informed and speedy. Of course I am extremely grateful. It means that I can complete my bathroom as planned. The customer service is very good and they are very well informed about their new stock from Fired Earth. Thanks
