Great experience! The delivery was faster than expected even during this busy Christmas time. It was packaged nice and tight with cardboard shreds and bubble wrap(and candy!) in a box marked fragile 👌🏻 The polishes are beautiful and great quality- will definitely be shopping with you guys again :)

Good experience, ordered multiple times from this store. Packed well in bubble wrap. No issues ordering to Sweden. Postnord delivers the parcel to the mailbox.

I have ordered from them 4 times now and everytime I am pleased with the way they handle the shipping and packaging. The track and trace code works well (you do have to translate it) and when it arrives in your country you can easly ude the same code to look where the package is at the local postal serves. would deffinitly recomment!

I was sooooo desperate for this one specific polish that I literally was not able to find anywhere else that shipped to my country. someone told me about them, and I gave them a try, and the shipping times was super reasonable and all according to what they had put up. so grateful. also bubble wrapped really well!!! I'll buy from them again for sure.

The polishes arrived safely in a cute package. It took 8 days to ship to Germany, which was faster than I expected. The package tracking worked well and was easy (I just put the Lithuanian text into Google translate). I would definitely order from this store again.

The nail polishes arrived in neatly and really cute package, and even the notorious Mooncats all arrived safely. The packaging was super careful. The shipping time took about a couple of weeks from Lithuania to Finland, which I find very reasonable. I will continue to purchase from here.

I ordered a preorder polish that is ALWAYS sold out before I can get my hands on it (mooncat millennia), plus a base & top coat, and they arrived within six days of my order being placed.

The package was wrapped in a papery material, then bubble wrapped, then wrapped in tissue paper and finally put in a bubble mailer. The bottles arrived in perfect condition. I didn't mind using google translate for the Lithuanian track & trace.

There was also CANDY and a lovely little note.

The polish is beautiful and I cannot wait to use it.

Summary:
The track and trace was inconvenient because it was in Lithuanian, so I had to use a translator every time.
Shipping took a month because I had a pre-order item. But the polish that I ordered is amazing, so it's worth it to buy from Hypnotic Polish.

Full review:
I was a little unsure if ordering from Hypnotic Polish would go well, as I have never heard of them before. But I really didn't want to risk getting crazy import costs (US to EU usually comes with lots of issues), so I gave them a shot because I really wanted to buy a Mooncat polish.

The shipping felt like it took a long time. I ordered on January 7th and I received it on February 7th. So it took exactly one month to arrive. It could be worse, because I was aware they were going to ship the polish in the end of January or the beginning of February (I had a pre-order item).
Honestly, the waiting would have been more bearable if the track and trace link was better. Because the track and trace website was in Lithuanian, I had to copy and paste words into Google translate so I could understand what was going on. The option to switch to the English website didn't work.

The package was packed in an envelope with a bit of bubble wrap. Thankfully it arrived safely and the bottle did not break, but if someone would order more, I hope they will use more bubble wrap.
I'm very happy with the polish, so in the end it's all good! I would recommend buying from Hypnotic Polish, as they can sell you polishes that would be harder to get when you're living in Europe.

I ordered a few times from them, they have a very big assortment of amazing nail polishes that are very high quality. I live in the Netherlands so the shipping is very fast. The items are always very well packaged and come with a nice thank you message and mini stroopwafel. Always really happy with my purchases and will definitely order from them again in the future!

Amazing service from NL to UK! I chose to order from Hypnotic Polish as their prices were lower than the UK based sellers, even after international shipping. I didn't expect such an amazing service on top of that! Polishes arrived in great condition, well packaged with a lovely mini stroopwafel added which was so nice! Really happy with the range of indie polish brands, some being only €8 a bottle and others around €12-15 in line with what you expect to pay for high-end special effect polishes. Really happy and will very likely place another order in the near future!

Pleased with the order and delivery itself, but unfortunately two of the Cirque bottles I've received (One Night Stand and Electric Daisy from the Vice 2021 collection) both had their brushes come loose from the caps on my second use, rendering the bottles essentially unusable :( I've tried mending them with glue myself but they won't stay in place, so it definitely feels like I'm now stuck with a faulty product. Especially seeing as Electric Daisy is now out of stock.

Edit: given that the nature of the faulty product is a manufacturer issue, I’ve decided to change my rating. Hypnotic polish is not directly responsible for this error after all.

I ordered in the UK, shipping was surprisingly cheap, and it arrived in 7 working days. It was beautifully packaged, with a handwritten card, and even a stroopwafel! The service was excellent, I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered twice from Hypnotic Polish. Everything went well, there were no issues with placing an order or the products. The second time they also added a handwritten thank you note.

I ordered for the 1st time with HypnoticPolish, and everything went great! Shipment to Denmark went fast, and the products are phenomenal. Definetely not my only/last purchase from them! :)

Unfortunately my first order never reached me, due to mistakes the shipping company did (they wrongly claimed my package as "delivered"). Since the sender has to report and ask for compensation I reported my issue to the customer service of Hypnotic Polish. The contact was very friendly but they had no further interest in investigating or dealing with the shipping company. After some back and forth they just told me that they are sorry and can't do anything for me. That means I have no parcel, no money and no possibility to contact the shipping company since they refer me to the sender again and again.

It is a very unfortunate experience that no one takes responsibility in that case and I have to carry the costs.
