Game-Changer for Accurate Ad Tracking & Scaling

HYROS has been a complete game-changer for our ad tracking and scaling efforts. The platform provides a level of attribution clarity that you simply don’t get from standard ad platform reporting. Being able to see true performance data across campaigns has helped us make smarter, more confident scaling decisions.

What really made the experience exceptional, though, was working with Ryan Y, our Agency Account Manager. Ryan has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. He took the time to walk us through setup, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we were leveraging the platform correctly. Having that level of support makes a huge difference.

The dashboard is powerful yet intuitive, and once everything is dialed in, it becomes an essential tool for optimizing ad spend and maximizing ROI.

If you're serious about scaling eCommerce or paid traffic campaigns with real data behind your decisions, HYROS and especially Ryan Y’s support is absolutely worth it.

Amazing support

For a SaaS company, their support is one of the best I've seen. A lot of written guides to help you as well, and their software is rather intuitive to use.

Would recommend to anyone spending money on ads

Honestly, Hyros is unreal. The tracking capabilities are insane and it’s such a relief to finally feel confident in the data. The biggest bonus has been the support Felix has been incredible. He’s been patient, knowledgeable, quick to act and always on top of helping me get what I need. If you care about accurate tracking, Hyros is it.

Finally optimizing for purchases, not just leads — thanks to Hyros

Working with Hyros has been a game-changer for our agency. Before implementing it, we were optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for our B2B clients based on lead volume — which, as anyone in B2B knows, doesn't always translate to actual revenue. Hyros fixed that by giving us accurate tracking and seamless integration with Pipedrive CRM, allowing us to track leads all the way through the sales pipeline. Now we can optimize campaigns based on actual purchases rather than just lead submissions, which has significantly improved lead quality and ROI for our clients.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Denisa from the Hyros team. The onboarding and integration process always comes with its challenges, but Denisa was incredibly responsive and proactive in resolving every issue we encountered along the way. Communication was smooth, solutions came fast, and it genuinely felt like she cared about making the implementation successful. I was blown away by the service and the…

I was blown away by the service and the actual product. Tbh I didn't fully understand the value until I tried running ads without Hyros, now the sales I've made recently have been feeding back into Meta which increased my sales further. Further more, I am so glad Dorin was there to help me, he was really nice and helpful. I don't think I could've had everything done so quickly if it weren't for his help. Thanks to the Hyros team, and Dorin giving me such attentive help both on and off our calls.

Nour with Hyros always goes above and beyond to explain how to use the platform and is always willing to jump on a call with myself to answer questions. This is by far some of the best customer service you can find. Hyros is extremely luck to have him and so far, the product itself has provided tremendous visibility on where my closes are coming from 10/10

This tool has been an absolute…

This tool has been an absolute gamechanger. As a media buyer it has been a struggle on relying mainly on ads platform data due to some discrepancies that we are seeing, but with Hyros we can validate exactly which particular source is a lead coming from, where they have gone through on their customer journey with the touchpoint from the brand or company. I have used Hyros for more than 3 years already helping clients generate more revenue and whenever I hit some tech related roadblocks on using the software or if I have any concerns my account manager Carlos is always helpful and going above beyond to provide solutions on hands-on implementation. We are using Hyros for several clients throughout those 3 years and as we scale forward and it truly helped me a lot on optimizing campaigns making sure that we have the data that we need to make our clients ads highly profitable specially on the Lead Gen, Info Product and VSL Appointment Call Generation Space were it usually have a longer sales cycle compared to Ecom space

Hyros was the missing piece in our tracking

It was definitely nice to get some help getting things setup from Nour. Their support has been unbelievable for getting things going. It's nice to have some more solid numbers for how many leads we've been getting as well as being able to track the different sources whether they be from meta ads or from organic sources like YouTube videos. So far we've gotten insights we didn't even think were possible to obtain, don't know how they do it, but Hyros really works like magic and is a must have for anyone advertising on Meta or google or creating social content.

The best tracking software on the…

The best tracking software on the market! The support is so incredibly helpful it is annoying sometimes. haha

I have been using Hyros for the last 6 years and wouldn't use anything else. It is a 1 stop experience and all you will ever need for tracking purposes. Everything is very easy to integrate and setup. 99% of the time everything is up and working which is so important for making decisions. I have tried other tracking software and it is nowhere close for ease of use, tracking ability and accuracy as Hyros.

The experience has been excellent…

The experience has been excellent across the board. Jaime, our account manager, has been outstanding — always responsive and proactive in helping us work through any issues.

On the product side, it’s delivered exactly as promised. We initially implemented it to improve attribution and get more accurate data, and it’s done exactly that. Since rolling it out, we’ve realised the data we were previously seeing from Meta was significantly off. Hyros has given us a far clearer view of our true performance, which has allowed us to optimise far more effectively.

Hyros solved a big problem for me

Hyros solved a big problem for me - I couldn't see accurate ROAS and AOV from Meta alone. Now that I can, I feel much better scaling my ads. It's been worth the investment.

Aside from this, they have the best support I have ever experienced. My customer success manager, George, is the goat. Literally solves every problem I have in minutes.

Good interface, amazing support
