I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with HYROX customer service.
I purchased a pair of running shoes which turned out to be defective after only 3 uses (the sole started to come off). I followed all the instructions and returned the item. I was then refunded and told to place a new order.
I placed a new order and paid again, expecting to receive a brand new pair. Instead, I received the same defective shoes again.
Since then, customer support has repeatedly sent me generic responses asking me to return the item again, completely ignoring the fact that this situation was caused by their own mistake.
At this point, I am being asked to go through the entire return process again, even though I already did everything correctly the first time.
This is extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of attention to the customer and the situation.
I expected a much better level of service. Very disappointing.
