Unprofessional garage, failure for warranty obligations
Despite the ongoing warranty, the ZUNE, Hyundai garage in Arlon, Belgium refuses to take responsibility for a recurring defect in the exhaust system of a diesel vehicle. This vehicle, which is not used in urban conditions nor in heavy traffic, has experienced three defects related to this system over the past year. Only one of the three interventions (the replacement of the particulate filter, DPF) was covered under the warranty.
Additionally, the garage staff exhibits unprofessional behavior, offering no constructive solutions and clearly displaying a desire to evade their legal obligations while pursuing a purely financial interest.
