Hi - Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you are disappointed with the Battlefield 4 service in Brasil. It is a tough market, other hosting providers abandoned this continent after being engaged in similar community problems. We continue to operate in South-America as the only provider of these services and have made a heavy investment in quality of service and we believe significant improvements have been made to handle the local attacks on Battlefield 4 community servers. We hope to hear from you if the service has been up to your standards for the past six months.

Dear Joshua, thank you for your review of our services.

The pricing of a game server is dependent on the game, resources it uses and licensing. We have game servers starting at $3 per month. For other games, we have game servers up to $100 monthly. It all depends on the game title and agreements to be made. Similar to licensing costs. If the developers create a light weight server software package, the hosting costs are low. When it is not optimized, or a work in progress, expect more resources to be used and higher costs involved. Choice of operating system is a similar price affecting decision made by the developers.

Similar to this, we are dependent on our relations with the game developer in terms of stability and uptime of the game server software. Some games, especially in 'early access' have bugs or issues that are fixed in a later stage. We are truly sorry you have experienced a less then optimal service.

Hi - Thank you for your review.

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our services. When ordering a service through our website, the choice is given to cancel a service after the payment term, or to automatically renew the service. For example with domain names, e-mail and business systems it is important to have the service available 24x7 and typically these services automatically renew until cancelled. Through our website you can cancel any service by clicking the cancellation button, or alternatively, our customer support assists with any cancellation request through phone, live chat, e-mail or ticket system. Our helpdesk is open seven days a week.

Worst provider in the world

Worst provider.
Server lag and crashes permanently. Support can respond within a week or just keep silence. No moneyback. Server disconnected without warning for the reason like DDoS or any other. After trying to get refunded after downtime they shut down a server without warning. Really appalling service, There are many better companies out there that give you better quality, service, support.

Hi - Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you are disappointed with the Battlefield 4 service. It is a tough market with PC players DDoS rival community servers, other hosting providers abandoned this region after being engaged in similar community problems. We continue to operate in Russia as the only provider of these services. Unfortunately the problems in Russia are more difficult to solve as we are dependent on the local Russian network providers to keep the service up. When a DDoS happens, they may or may not choose to take action on their network.

Early 2017 we have deployed new anti-DDoS solutions world wide to combat the attacks of Battlefield 4 communities against rival communities. We hope to hear from you if the service has been up to your standards for the past twelve months.

Simple not worth it.

They keep generating invoices for you to pay .. your server comes down from nonwhere... in the server administration they have an option to enable whitelist, but its just foolish because even when you enable it, it is actually never enabled.. you have to open a ticket for them to enable this stupid option. I learned that in the hard way.. now Im trying to cancel my server and they keep saying that I have two invoices to pay of 63 euros each.. its simple ridiculous and worthless.
STAY AWAY from them.

Null route, Lags, Crashes, Money loose - thats what i3D offer

We have rented servers from i3D. But we could not use them due to the fact that the servers were constantly lagging and crashes. Also this company is practicing such thing as null route. That means that at any time they can simply turn off your server with a DDoS cause. Null route time varies from 6 hours to a week. Nobody makes any compensation, all these made off by a customer who has already made the payment. They do not want to return money even there is an open claim or dispute in PayPal. We have referred them 2 clients who have gone after several months because most of the time the service was unavailable. Support just mocks clients with answers and questions, without solving the problem, only to simulate the appearance of work, they closure the tickets simply by taking the client into submission, as can be rewritten on the open ticket several times per day, for a week or two or a month, and a problem stay as it was, and remains unresolved.
And you can believe that it is not a temporary problem - it is permanent situation.
I highly recommend NOT TO communicate with i3D as you're just wasting your time, money, customers or players.

Terrible company

They do not care about their customers. They blindly rebooted my server, multiple times, without ever contacting me. They also changed the IP without telling me, I had to figure it out by myself.

STAY AWAY.

Hi - Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you are disappointed with the service received. When repairing a game server for our customer, or patching with the newest software we have to reboot the service. This is often done at 3AM or early in the morning, on low peak. This scheduled work if often required by the game publisher to keep the whole game base intact, on the same software version. IP changes for game instances may happen for games where the matchmaking is not IP based, or games with a server browser based on name.

Awful server, constantly crashes

Technicians are useless, servers crash constantly, network connectivity is abysmal unless you host your server in Rotterdam, my procon layer is continually broken everytime the server crashes. Technicians always make lame excuses about their low service quality often blaming the customer.

Absolutely useless. -50/10

Edit: apology not accepted. My advice for anyone reading this is to try another server host, I have been very happy with Fragnet after my abysmal i3d server and would gladly recommend Fragnet.

Good value for money

Very pleased with the server so far, support is very good for the price and you'll typically get replies within 15 mins - 2 hours from my experience. Had a few hiccups with the first server i had but was resolved with a new server. Had a HDD in the new server which developed a bad sector and this was replaced within a few hours, i removed the faulty drive from the RAID array incorrectly resulting in a corrupt OS, this was obviously not i3D's fault. They restored the server with a new OS and RAID1 free-of-charge which they could happily have charged me for. Fantastic network, good hardware (for the price), good price and good support (again, for the price).

I currently have a Xeon X3430, 16GB RAM, 2x 250GB HDDs and 25TB @ 1Gbps. The 1Gbps connection can 99% of the time be completely maxed without any problems. I currently pay 30 euro per month and think it's great value for money.

Ùnbelievable low SLA

How can you operate with such a low service level. Surely your response to your customers both internal and external should be far higher than it currently is. If messages were passed to the proper departments and if people responded with at least some empathy for their customers, and if their service offered came up to the level they promise then fine, but no, they are unable to retain our custom due to their own failings.

Had no choice

I had no choice but to continue with these clowns.
The company I had been using for the past few years sold out to them.
I asked 1 simple question and received 4 different answers from 4 different people from the support centre. BTW all answers were wrong.
Stay away from this company at all costs. We've already had servers go down in less than 3 days of service.
Staff have no knowledge.
Also let them know i will not be renewing with them.
You can't fix stupid with duct tape. Even though I wish I could...

Great Value

I have been renting one of their clearance servers for about 6 months (xeon quad 2.13ghz, 4gb ddr2 ram, 250x2 hdd, ubuntu server 12.04 LTS). I have pushed about 2TB a month through it, and it hasn't broken a sweat. I run some intensive scripts (ajaxplorer) and it has never crashed. My current uptime is 100 days, and I don't expect it to crash or need a reboot any time soon. I also host shoutcast streams, and they can sometimes require a good amount of bandwidth. I've been able to push 70-80mpbs through the server when transferring between servers on different continents. I'd say that was pretty much as good as it gets.

All in all I would highly recommend them. I only needed support a few times when my server was first provisioned, and it was very professional and prompt. It seems like a great company, and I plan on staying with them for a good deal longer. I'm glad I found them.
