I visited Culinary Academy of India BRAND CAI along with my Cousin who is studying in BRAND CAI in the Cruise Course for Costa Cruises, Italy. Was allowed to have lunch in the dining hall along with other students and was surprised to see such lavish meal being served to all the students.It was a European meal with Starter, Soup, Main Course Meat & Dessert.All the students are well groomed, clean and very hygienic....the entire college is well maintained and I was shocked to know that this college is almost 28 years old.The entire atmosphere is highly professional and looks really like an ind

I can say that my Culinary Academy of India is the Best when it comes to Practical hands-on Training is concerned. The fee is also quite affordable when compared to other colleges who are charging INR 15Lakhs for a Three Year program in Culinary Arts. The faculty are internationally known well experienced and also highly dedicated. Students do benefit a lot with extra attention given by the faculty
