Excellent service from Tony and Sharon, looked for the best deal for me, found the right solicitor and did all the leg work for me. Kept me informed on everything that was going on and even contacted me while they were on holiday, very friendly and more than helpful and very professional service. Our mortgage advisor was David Perry and the service we received from him was excellent. The mortgage wasn’t necessarily straight forward and he worked hard to ensure that we got the best deal in the shortest amount of time possible. He was professional but still friendly and always responded promptly to our queries. Even though it cost around £500 I think it’s well worth the fee. I would certainly recommend anyone use David.

Tony and Sharon helped me through every step of this journey. It was a very difficult time for me and made sure I knew the deadlines I needed to hit, and the steps I needed to take. They guided me through the mortgage application, ensuring I had all the right evidence to hand. They provided a conduit to my eventual mortgage provider, securing an extension to the application when other issues were stalling. This was over a protracted period of 11 months and they went the extra mile constantly to get me to the result I needed. Dave Perry was an absolute joy to work with. He has years of experience which was clear as I was at ease through this process. He helped me every step of the way to secure my first home. Excellent communicator and explained everything as it was my first time. He also at times got out of his way to explain some of the solicitor documents to myself when I was unsure.
Definitely look no further use Dave, he is excellent at what he does.

I recently used IA Ltd to purchase a property and found their service exceeded my expectations. My advisor (Heme) was diligent, comprehensive and knowledgeable. This was so important as his level headed guidance ensured that I was going in the right direction. We had a rather complicated transaction but Heme was mindful of our requirements and took the time to provide great advice and support! He was also prompt to return calls and emails which was very much appreciated during such a stressful time. All round brilliant.
