Do not order from these people
I purchased an item on a Monday didn’t receive any shipping updates until I called that Friday. They said it would be delivered Saturday. I said I wanted to start the return process because I would no longer need it. They told me I would have to pay for shipping to return it I would not be reimbursed for the original shipping and I had to pay a 20% restocking fee horrible policy but OK come Saturday didn’t receive the item as they told me I would come Monday I receive an empty package with it stamped from the post office no contents inside. I contacted them again and told them I no longer needed it so there’s no reason to send me another one. I wanted a full refund at that point since I paid for something I never received. They told me too bad we’re gonna resend it to you. Anyways our company is hard up. We can’t afford to reimburse you. We’re gonna force you to ship it back to us and pay us a 20% restocking fee on an item that they clearly knew I no longer needed. Do not ever buy anything from these people.
