I ordered a product 7 weeks ago. They said it arrived in Jamaica NY on May 23, then it arrived in Bloomington CA on June 22. They won't refund my money.
Update: After filing a complaint with the MA Attorneys General my package magically appeared the day after they were contacted by that office.
