DO NOT USE this company or service. Firstly the program did not recover any personal files as promised during use and the files that I ultimately needed recovered were achieved through reactivation of one drive on my reconfigured device.

After having the data recovery program less than a day I began the refund process as stated in there product statement. Initially the company were transparent asking for email details of purchase. I sent this through. Then nothing....

I followed up with a warning and the expectation for them to follow their product refund promise and still nothing.

Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy useless tool and criminal approach to how they handle customer needs.

This useful data-recovery-software helped on to recover my missing notes for my essay. Cannot express how joyful and pleased by their company

I purchased their recovery software to recover some photos. It didn't work and when an alternative program got the job done I asked for a refund which iBeesoft provided. Here's the crooked part and why people should avoid this company. After 1yr they charged me again for a renewal, meaning they kept my financial information in their system maybe hoping I wouldn't notice and they could continue to charge me indefinitely for something I returned? Very bad practice if you ask me, slimey company. Avoid.

I had a great experience with it, I was able to recover my file easily.

Excellent software to recover my lost documents. A friend told me about it when I lost my work files due to accidental formatting.

I have used Ibeesoft software a few times now to recover different kinds of files and pics.

It is very easy to use and very fast. I deffo recommend it.

Awful. Doesn't work. They do not respond in the time promised this company had very misleading ads and information on their site. Waste of money.

TERRIBLE customer service... I was in a rush and purchased this thinking maybe i could restore the files i lost on my SSD and i didn't see till after i bought this that its a annual subscription, so i asked to be refunded or to unsubscribe me and no response now... Plus the software does not work well not only did it miss most of my files the ones i got were mostly missing names

This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Not only the software is not worth it, but if you purchase a license, REMEMBER TO NOT RENEW IT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WARN YOU!

My subscription renewed and I received email from PayPal. I IMMEDIATELY requested cancellation in PayPal and guess what... PayPal asked me for proof that I did not received communication?!?!

How can I prove something that I did not received?!?!

Also, the seller refused to refund (it had literally been hours, not even a day, after renewall and they simply refused).

This is utterly unbelievable and I NEVER ever did anything even remotely similar to ANY customer of mine.

The recovery was just alright compared to other software used
The issue that I had with them was there auto renew subscription- I tried to cancel my auto subscription and after an hour still cannt find where to do it, emailed them no reply....had to cancel credit card. Too many companies do this and it sucks

Don't expect any customer service support. License key is suppose to last a year. Mine terminated before that time. Contacted support and never got a response.

DO NOT trust this company. Horrible. Does nothing. No customer service to speak of. I am running scans etc to insure they are not hackers. Very scary. Please don’t make the mistake I have.

My Mac crashed and I found Ibeesoft.
Purchased the recovery software, never recieved a link.
In a weeks time I have emailed Ibeesoft three times with no reply back what so ever.
This is highly unprofessional and apparently I cannot get a refund even though it falls under the full refund guidelines from the company.

My wife's Windows XP computer went caput, but I had her data backed up on an external hard drive. We no longer had the software to extract the data. I tried many recovery programs, trying to find a free one. Finally decided that free approach was not working. Decided to use iBeesoft's program. It handily opened the drive to recover the files, including the data folder structure, which saved a lot of time. I'm pleased with their software.

The macOS version of "Mac Data Recovery" claims to recover all manner of data such as deleted messages. After running a scan the interface displays technical files/data that to a user are incomprehensible. After uninstalling it I detected two iBeesoft files in /private/var/db/oah/ which are impossible to delete. This smells of malware.

Paid for the licensed version of Ibeesoft because I could see the file in the trial edition. After payment, the software did a search again and the file disappeared in the second recovery phase. On restarting the sw, the license key provided at the time of purchase couldn't be recognized, and the sw turned back to trial edition. Also, the support team hasn't responded even after one week - such a lousy and pathetic support, who don't have time to respond to customer queries with a licensed version. If the file(s) cannot be recovered on a timely basis, then there is no point in keeping a paid subscription. I still await for the refund of the subscription charges of this software, while writing this review.

There has been no response from ibeesoft Customer Service after I wrote to them on 28th September 2021 and 2nd October 2021. When I lost all the hopes of getting a response from ibeesoft Customer Services, I had to contact the bank to file a dispute and ask them not to honour this transaction. This is quite disappointing !!

Update: The vendor has failed to reply to all of my emails and failed to address and/or process any refund for me even though the are able to reply to these reviews regularly. Do not trust their customer service!

I downloaded ibeesoft to recover data on my system. Unfortunately none of the data is recoverable as the software is unable to recover the files I need on my system. Only hours after downloading the software, I emailed their customer service requesting a refund. Instead I got a flippant reply to look further into the file folders to find what I am looking for. That is not a helpful response at all. They have been ignoring all further emails from me regarding the refund even though they state customers are eligible for refunds in these circumstances. If the software does not work for the customer's purposes, especially considering it cost nearly $60 USD, then the customer should receive it.

Paid for one of those softwares to recover deleted files and they recovered only the name of the files, nothing was working, not photos, not word, not pdf, zero. Emailed them about it and said I want a refund because the product did not recover the actual files - any free online software can recover just their image but not the actual content - so they said I'll get a refund in 3 days. Two weeks later still nothing, emailed them again and said mycommerce didn't send the refund, then got an email from mycommerce saying I'll see money back on next bank statement - meaning what? another month? Scams the both of them, don't buy software, only windows, microsoft and antivirus actually deserve money, the rest is out there, you just have to search.
In reply to IBeesoft: I just gor the refund, I gather you were able to make them do it faster - thanks! As for the files, I still have nothing on that drive just so that I don't overwrite the data. Anyway, doesn't matter at this point.

fake Software. totally Scam. don't waste time and money.
