We recently went to Camp Bestival and hired a tent from IBEX Camping for the weekend.
It was a smooth and straightforward process receiving the tent by courier, using it at Bestival and then having the tent collected by courier once we were back home. Excellent customer service from IBEX Camping, keeping us updated via email throughout the process. Plus, the tent was easy to pitch and pack up after the festival.
I would recommend IBEX Camping to anyone who is looking to hire a tent and will be a returning customer.

Great customer service
After we somehow lost a set of poles for our Coleman shelter, I was resigned to having to buy a new shelter. However, after a bit of a search, I came across the IBEX webby and was delighted to be able to get a spare pole set. Despatched same day as well! Excellent customer service.

WOW....what a company to deal with. I haven't received my goods yet as i only ordered yesterday however this company seem to be on the ball with their updates and ease of doing business. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service. IBEX Camping were able to supply replacement poles for my Coleman Event Shade without ordering a complete set of poles (everywhere else only supplied a full set).
My order was processed efficiently and I was informed all the way through the process through to delivery.
I'm really pleased with the service from this family run business and would highly recommend them.

Our dreamtent unfortunately isn't sold here in Norway, we weren't sure if we should buy locally or try overseas. Don't regret the decision at all to order from Ibex Camping. Rebecca was so friendly all the way, communication went without a hitch, placing the order, payment and everything went flawlessly. Best was the shipping, the order was finished on a Thursday afternoon and was shiped just ours later. Wednesday the week after we had it in Norway. Now we are enjoying camping in our amazing new tent and our future camping orders will definitely go through Ibex Camping!! :)

EXCELLENT customer service
Staying locally in St Neots, I had forgotten both my Mallet and Rock pegs,. The owners came to the shop, opened up just for me so I could continue my holiday. I bought the 1kg Mallet and 2 boxes of blue Diamond Rainbow Power Pegs. Thank you for such excellent service.

Incredible customer services
Incredible customer services. Rebecca answers your queries even outside normal business hours and nothing is ever too much trouble. My tent had a few issues and I was able to get either a replacement or refund very easily. I also had a couple of questions post order and they went above and beyond to help me out.
