Worst experience in my life
Worst experience in my life. They were offering new Staedtler fountain that are from the current collection. I ordered four. The order was canceled ten days after, saying that …” we have to cancel the shipment of the product(s) listed below. Unfortunately, there was a system error regarding the quantity, which is why delivery is not possible.” That’s a very annoying way of treating customers. And according to German law, you have to fulfill the contract that you accepted according to paragraph 2 of your AGB, as the pens are from the current collection of Staedtler and can easily be ordered there. Please fulfill the contract to avoid legal actions.
Curiously, now you offer again these Staedtler Princeps fountain pens. So you could have delivered the cancelled order.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. We always do our very best to make our customers happy with all the ordered products.
Due to an onforseen cause we were not able to receive those pens from our supplier. In such case we can only refund you the paid amount. That is a legal solution and we have handled within the law.
We have also communicated with you about this matter via email. Unfortunately there is no other solution that we can provide.

DPD parcel delivery
DPD, the company who delivers, never deliver at the address. All the time you have to go to collect your parcel. Even though IBOOD knows about it, nothing is done. Very dissapointet.

Unfortunately, at that point in time we don’t have any influence on DPD and how they handle your package. We currently ship all orders going to Austria with DPD and will be looking at the option of using another transport provider in the future, but at the moment it is unclear if and when this can happen.
