I had a great experience with ICAN. Communication was fast and excellent, shipping was very quick, the price was great, and everything arrived well packaged. I'm also very satisfied with the wheelset.

Amazingly easy and a joy to deal with!! Products are perfect!!

I had a fantastic experience ordering my bike frame and wheelset from ICAN. From the initial questions I had about the frame and wheels to customization, shipping, import taxes and after care. The help I got through the whole process from Peggy in their office was amazing and second to none. The products themselves are flawless. I would highly recommend!!

Great Customer Service and Support!

Well not sure where to start, but ICAN has really good pricing for there frames, Bar, and wheels. Built with great quality, shout out to Peggy for the great customer service, keeping in touch until I received everything, and answering all my questions about there products, and what I need to get it build. I’m very happy with the whole experience overall.

I haven’t had a chance to use the…

I haven’t had a chance to use the wheels. My problem was when it was time to ship the wheels was that I was told I would need to choose one matte and one gloss. When I said no they said I could get a matching set with no icons on them. Not a big deal but rather depressing

I purchased the ICAN Triaero Graro…

I purchased the ICAN Triaero Graro frame. Everything was easy, website choices and ease of use. The frame is of superb quality and comes with headset bearings, UDH hanger, Di2 seatpost battery holder. I fitted a Shimano GRX Di2 group set and all assembled with ease. The customer service was excellent and I must give a big thank you to Peggy. Shipping to the UK was tracked and took 10 days.
