Still having fun with my ICAN fat bike 5 years later!
I had purchased an ICAN fat bike 3/21/21 and have been riding it for 5 years! Have been really happy with my mtb. Along the way parts wear out and ICAN has had the parts I needed to keep my bike up and running. Great quality and service.

Great service and very good quality and beautiful frameset
I ordered a ICAN Graro gravel frameset with custom paint. During the ordering process the support I received was excellent. They did reach out several times to double check so that I exactly got my specified paint scheme and parts. It took 9 weeks to receive the framesets which was indicated upfront. Also they reached out to check if I received everything correctly and to my satisfaction. A rare experience. Also, after riding around 800k, the frame performs great and is very comfortable. The finish of the frameset was of good quality, no overspray, I did not have to flatten or sand any mounting points.
The only thing that can be improved is to supply mounting bolts for all mounting holes, I had to but 4 myself. No big issue.
