Very, very good shopping experience. From choosing the model to receiving it. The Ican teams were able to advise me perfectly on the choice of frame size and stem. They answered all my questions (and there were many). I received the frame and the stem this weekend. Perfectly packaged. The frame is just as expected. All I have left to do is assemble it to test how it performs. I highly recommend.

My first set of ICAN wheels, I have yet to build them up (just bought 29" rims), but so far the Customer service and speedy delivery have been amazing! They arrived from China in just a few days. Peggy contacted me several times with updates and making sure they arrived. I'll post another review once I have a few K's on them.

Precise and fast shipping. Wheels of excellent quality. Some negative points: 1) the tubeless tape provided was of low quality. 2) the valves supplied are not compatible with the anti-puncture inserts.

Additional drives can be purchased for the M74 Hub.

I've now built up 4 Ican frames. 1x A9, 2x A22 and 1x gravel. Ordering was made super easy by Perry who is very prompt with answers to questions.
All frames have arrived well packaged. All have been very well finished and easy to internally route and assemble.

This is the fourth set of ICAN wheels I’ve purchased, and this particular set was for my wife’s bike. We decided to go with something a bit more stylish, and chose the ICANNian wheels, which feature raw carbon fiber with a clear coat and sleek graphics — they look fantastic.

During the ordering process, the team at ICAN went out of their way to make sure I understood that these wheels have a raw carbon finish under a clear coat, which intentionally exposes the carbon weave. I really appreciated the level of transparency — the rep I spoke with made sure I knew exactly what I was getting so there wouldn’t be any surprises. That kind of customer service stands out.

When the wheels arrived, we installed them on my wife's bike, and she loves them. Not only do they look great, but they’re also high-quality, lightweight wheels. The set uses DT Swiss 240 hubs, which are smooth and reliable — honestly, we couldn't ask for more.

Great wheels, great company. Like I said, this is my fourth set from ICAN, and every one has been perfect. I highly recommend them.

recently ordered a set of ICAN G25 gravel wheels and have put a few rides on them already. So far, I’m very satisfied. The price-to-quality ratio feels very fair — they look great, ride smoothly, and give a solid impression of durability.

On my first rides, I did notice some spoke noises, but as a heavier rider, I suspect that was just the spokes settling in. After a few rides, the sounds disappeared, which is a good sign. The wider rims are a big plus for gravel use, giving extra stability and comfort. The hubs seem fine so far, though long-term reliability still needs to be proven.

The wheels arrived quickly from the EU warehouse and were well packed. I did swap out the stock rim tape (a bit low quality) and valves (too heavy and generic) for my own tubeless setup, but that was a minor adjustment.

Overall, the wheels feel robust and reliable, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the ride quality at this price point. I’ll keep an eye on spoke tension and trueness after a few thousand kilometers, but right now, I can confidently recommend these wheels to other gravel riders looking for solid performance without breaking the bank.
