The backing was missing the hardware for the back paper. So it was totally bent and not in place. They gave me a discount, but I’m no longer purchasing anything else.

Your satisfaction means a great deal to us, and we truly regret that the hardware was missing and the backing arrived bent and out of place. That’s certainly not the experience we want for you. The hardware (2 anchors and 2 drywall screws) should have been attaced to the back of your print. The D rings come attached. If they were not included, we are more than happy to send you out a new set.
