Customer service was very helpful even added a discount for me that wasnt applying. The wheels come nicely packaged, although under the end cap there is not grease to protect the bearings against the elements. Easy task to do yourself but would be a plus, most importantly and goes without saying the hub ratchets are greased. They were easy to set up and sound great. Doesn't seem to be a way to add photos but if I can ill provide them

I have owned the ICAN G24 gravel wheels for nearly a year now. I've done some gnarly gravel races with them and they've been rock solid. I had to get a new freehub driver (switched from Shimano to Sram) and customer service made sure I got the right one. Great experience and product.

New Flyee frame, Blade R handlebars and Aero 50 wheels all arrived really fast, were really well packaged to ensure no damage, and most importantly are all fantastic quality. Custom paint work on frame was well done and no overspray in bottom bracket or brake mounts. Front brake mounts were faced well and all square.

Ordered a set of G24 SLs. I wanted a second set of wheels so I could more easily swap between gravel and road setups on my Canyon Grizl. The wheels that came with my bike are DT Swiss GRC 1400 Spline carbon, but I opted for ICAN’s D91 hubs instead of the optional DT Swiss hubs to keep the cost down. I ordered them from the US warehouse but their inventory was stuck in customs and I was up against a trip deadline taking my bike with me. ICAN customer service changed my order to the China warehouse for a reasonable shipping charge and I received my wheels UPS in 4 days.

The wheels arrived well packed, undamaged, and perfectly true. Their spec says 1296g for the set. Mine weighed in at 1280g (590g front and 690g rear). This was before rim tape, which was not installed, and is not optional since the spoke holes are drilled. After installing one wrap of the provided rim tape, the total weight was 1300g. The provided rim tape is rather thick and difficult to work with (it’s more akin to a thick Kapton tape used in the electronics industry) and as such, it didn’t feel like I was making a perfect seal needed for tubeless. I could see areas where I couldn’t press down hard enough to remove the air bubbles. I’m using a TPU tube setup and not tubeless so it works for my purpose but if I were going tubeless I would use something easier to work with like Stan’s, etc. The only other thing included in the box is the tubeless valves. They’re pretty basic looking but I can’t say how well they work. No extra spokes or anything else.

After building them up, I popped out my DT Swiss wheels and installed these with zero brake line adjustments. One might expect that since they are the same axle width but you never know. I’ve been riding them only on the road, albeit bumpy third world roads, bunny hopping various holes and road humps. I built them up with Panaracer Gravelking Slick R 700x40’s. They feel very light, stiff, and responsive. I hate when people say wheels “spin up” nicely because that’s always relative. But they are a full 320g lighter than my original DT Swiss wheels. And with the Specialized Pathfinder 700x42 to Gravelking Slick R 700x40 tire change, that’s another 158g delta so the total wheel weight reduction is over a POUND. Of course they spin up nicely! They are still true after a month of riding and I don’t hear any spoke noises. Speaking of noise, if you like those YouTube videos with guys holding their bikes up and spinning the cranks so you can hear the rear hub spin like a RC prop plane, well you’ll love these wheels. You cannot sneak up on anyone while coasting with these wheels. They are LOUD and so there is no stealth mode. All in all, they seem like a great set of wheels for a great price and I am happy with the purchase.

I was blown away by the shipping speed and the robust packaging. G25 SL wheels look awesome on my gravel bike. Great value.

I can currently only be positive about my experience with Ican Wheels.

The delivery times were respected, the product arrived undamaged and properly packaged. In the box were the two wheels, enough rim tape, and the two tubeless valves. No frills, everything basic, but that’s not an issue.

The tubeless setup with a pair of Tufo Thundero 44 mm tires wasn’t straightforward, but once installed, the pressure holds very well. After riding with them for a week, including three gravel rides, I can only be satisfied.

The wheels are 110 grams lighter than my previous set, and you can feel that on the many punchy climbs in my training area.

Also not unimportant: the minimal and discreet design is a nice aesthetic upgrade for my titanium gravel bike.

Customer service is out standing. The paintjob of the frames look amazing!

My experience with ICAN wheels is, very accurate communication, fast delivery and good value for money. So far, I don't have long term experience.
