Fraud alert
Fraud alert! We paid ICAP nearly $500 for 2 documents and never received either document after 6+ months. Dealing with Mark and his staff was a miserable experience, emails went unanswered, timelines were ignored. In the end, we had none of the documents in time for my husband's citizenship appointment and no one ever cared to apologize, follow-up or otherwise make the situation right. In the end, I wound up gathering all the documents myself for far less money than ICAP charged. Save yourself some money and time and avoid this business like the plague it is.

We worked diligently and completed the order within the time frames stated on our website and in our order confirmation email, and provided the client with multiple updates by email and scheduled phone calls.
The client requested a refund via PayPal; PayPal reviewed the extensive information that we provided in response and confirmed delivery of services to the client. This case was resolved by PayPal in our favor on May 29, 2018.
