Well worth it
I had a lot of trouble setting up initially however the costumer service was excellent and very responsive. They helped me resolve my issue. I would highly recommend this service.

Great Everything
Purchase was smooth, received hardware followed instructions and in no time I was watching live TV. They have a couple of cliches but are working hard to fix them. Customer service responds quickly to any question I have.
Showed this device to friends and they purchased them also and have taken them to their winter homes in Mexico and they watch Canadian & American TV just like they did here in Canada. This is a great solution to the rates that are charged by Bell, Rogers, etc. Can't really go wrong as long as you have decent internet speed.

I just want to honestly tell everyone who is considering signing up for Icarus TV to go ahead and DO IT!!! It is everything that they say it is and then some.
It is very simple and easy to set up and even though the Customer Service is through email, it is Awesome...
I Highly Recommend that you sign up for the TVPLUS. For around $15.00 a month it is a tremendous value. You will be Glad that you did!!!....

Whenever tech problems came my way, Barbara answered them in email form in a very quick response time. Nowhere near as quick as if it was live chat, but nevertheless, she got around to it. Even on this holiday weekend SUNDAY! I do believe Barbara never gets a day off!
