I made the order and paid $15 for shipping. Little did I know that I was going to be charged +$50 when I got the watch delivered by UPS. I contacted customer service but they never got back to me. I'm extremely disappointed.

I love ICE watches
I love ICE watches. I have always worn one. They are great for durability and reliability. My watches last for years before having to get a new one. My only regret is there are not many of the style I wear so eventually I will have to change style but apart from that they are fantastic watches.

Replacement charging cable
I ordered a replacement charger for kids smart watch 2.0 as my son had lost the origional charger.
It was easy to order the correct charger so a smooth transaction. Delivered by ups to the United Kingdom.

attractive but faulty
the watch is very attractive, but faulty. It cannot be set properly, so I'm stuck with it a minute fast. I can't return it because I had to break the stupid plastic box to get into it.

Mine is only 2 years old - and the hour hand has lost its correct settings its 30-50% behind the setting it should be...so its confusing. The manufacturers need improve its quality

Faulty Product
I ordered Ice Ring (order number IW2137442025) and it was used and not working and not connecting. I had to ship it back and pay myself for faulty rerturn 15 euro. I understand you have to pay return costs if you change your mind but if the product you receive is faulty this should not be the case.
I'm in touch with the customer service but it's extremly slow in dealing with the case and replies.
I thought the product looked good but based on my current expereince I would never order from Ice Watch again.

$92 of taxes because I live in the USA!!
I had to pay taxes because I live in the US ($92!!!). It was not mentioned on their website. I tried to contact the customer service to tell them at least to mention it on their website so the customer would be aware. They responded that because it’s not from them, it’s from customs and borders, they don’t want to mention it and it’s not their fault. I am very disappointed.

Poor service
Having received the watch I realised if was smaller than I thought so decided to return it. However when I tried to use the online return service I received a message saying this was not possible. I’ve since submitted two emails to Ice-Watch asking how I can get a refund but am yet to receive a reply more than a week after initial delivery.

Defective product after only one week.
Hello,
I was very satisfied with the speed of delivery and the product I received at first. Unfortunately, after barely a week of use, when I tried to recharge the battery, I was unable to do so, either because of the product itself or the charger. In any case, it rendered the ring unusable. Very disappointing. I sent a request to customer service, who kindly provided me with a return label to send it to a repair shop. The repair shop confirmed they took charge of the product. Now, I am waiting. Since the product is under warranty and has been used for only a week, I would have preferred the brand to simply send a new and functioning product instead of making me wait several weeks... I will change my review if I receive the ring quickly and it works perfectly. For now, I am disappointed with the quality of my purchase, and I am waiting to see what happens.
