Great service!! Too much plastic

Absolutely brilliant customer service.
Even though I didn't opt for next day delivery service, I ordered quite early-ish in the day and it STILL arrived next day so the guys at ICE Headshop are clearly up on fulfilling orders asap regardless, so I was really impressed with that.
Also, as far as their products go, for my own experience, they are very impressive.
I will be repeat purchasing these quality assured products well into the future.

I've been toying with the idea of trying CBD for a while now and decided to take the plunge after clicking around on a few sites I came across Ice Head Shop. What stood out for me was the sheer amount of reasonably priced products available. Some of the previous sites were limited in stock and everything hovered around the same price depending on what you were purchasing. IHS catered for all budgets and in the end I went for a christmassy flavoured liquid (with a free vape!) and a disposable. Delivery was super quick (especially for this time of year) everything arrived the next day on a standard delivery and I eagerly delved in to check out my goodies.

The liquid and vape were great but unfortunately the disposable did not work but IHS made it super easy to report the fault and this morning I was contacted by the fabulous Jess who let me know a replacement was on its way. - Faults happen and I wouldn't downgrade their rating as they handled it so professionally.

Suffice to say, I highly recommend the store who have certainly found themselves a new regular customer!
