I invested with this platform hoping to…

I invested with this platform hoping to manage my funds responsibly and improve my understanding of financial markets. At the beginning, everything appeared professional, structured, and reassuring, which gave me confidence to continue.
Over time, my total investment reached €76,067. As the amount increased, I began to feel increasingly uneasy. The information provided was not always clear, and I often struggled to fully understand my position or make confident decisions. Some explanations felt inconsistent, and certain sessions did not provide the clarity or reassurance I expected. Instead of feeling supported, I frequently felt confused and worried, especially given the significant amount of money involved.
Eventually, I faced serious difficulties accessing my investment. This period was extremely stressful and caused a great deal of emotional anxiety. While searching for general information about possible options, I came across 𝑩𝒂𝒊𝒙 ℂ𝕙RG while reading about recovery procedures.
By carefully following the guidance provided and remaining patient throughout the process, the issue was eventually resolved. The recovery guidance helped me better understand how such processes work, and in the end, my funds were successfully recovered. This brought a sense of relief after what had been a very difficult and draining experience.
Although the money was recovered, the emotional impact remains. The fear of potentially losing €76,067, combined with uncertainty and lack of clear direction, left a lasting impression. This experience has made me far more cautious and careful with future investment decisions.
I am sharing this review to honestly describe my experience and to remind others to be extremely careful, carry out thorough research, and fully understand all risks before committing large sums of money.

Money changer Change Group Is a rip…

Money changer Change Group Is a rip off. As we were in a hurry we bought EUR at the entrance of the North Terminal Gatwick. Supposed to be selling at 1GBP to 1.12 euro at 0% commission but ended up at 1GBP to 0.86 EUR????? Eh. So after getting through security checks, we had breakfast and analyzed just what happened. We ended up returning the EUR at the lounge. How do they get away with this? We call it budol in the Philippines. Cash passport came in handy. We got the money that we worked hard for.
#Changegroup is a joke.
#cashpassport is better or debit card

Don’t use ever!

Don’t use. The exchange rate was so poor, I only realized afterwards that of the $800 NZD I changed to pounds, it would have been $600 if it had been anywhere near the market rate online. You expect a small mark up for convenience but holy god!

Legalised extortion

Legalised extortion - if ever there is incentive to not use a service this is it! Whilst I never expected them to be the cheapest, the Exchange rate is way under the odds…. I will never use this service again.

Terrible rates given

Totally my own fault for not checking the rate first but this place is a total rip off - got Icelandic krona and it cost me over €50 more to change it at Dublin airport ICE than when I got to Reykjavik. Staff were very nice bit won't be going there again.

DO NOT USE Gatwick airport currency exchange

We were at the money exchange at Gatwick airport on Wed Apr 16 around 6:30 pm. After talking with the gentlemen we took his advice to change US dollars into pounds (don't bother doing an exchange many places don't take cash) with the guarantee that we could exchange the money back without fees. We converted the amount necessary to avoid the fees. I specifically asked him about flying out of Luton airport instead of Gatwick.

You CANNOT convert money back at different airports. But not only did he flat out lie about that, he didn't even fill in the receipt properly so that we could've changed the money back at Gatwick.

This booth needs to be shut down or, at the least, fire that employee.

This place is a scam.

This place is a scam.. they gave me a rate of £1 = €0.81 when the exchange rate is currently £1 = €1.17 from change group own site. The rate has never been that bad on the pound so don't bother with the crap response based on click rate updating at 10.30am!! You are the robbers!

Rip off at LAX

Rip off at LAX, 33% less than I normally get! my normal exchange would be 6 BRL, They gave me 4 BRL per USD. I could’ve got five if I’ve ordered 24 hours ahead. Management at LAX should not allow this kind of third world currency exchange to operate on Airport premises

A complete sham. Be warned

I ordered a bunch of currency for the country I was travelling too. Despite getting a conformation, and then (2 days later) a further notice that my currency awaited pickup, none of the airport staff has heard of it.
It seems the emails are automatically generated simply to bring you in to the kiosk. Now I am trapped airside with no hope of locating the required currency.
Appalling service; essential fraud.

Was charged 30% more for currency exchange at SFO

At SFO airport, ICE provided $200 SGD for $207 USD which included a $10.95 fee. Rep explained the rate I had looked up online was a bank to bank rate. In Singapore at a currency exchange place (not a bank), I got $260 SGD for $200 USD so paid $60 more on $200 exchange so is 30% loss. Shame on San Francisco Airport for allowing this company to fleece it's customers. They should bring in a company that is more honest and follows standard business practices.

Company does not honor rates published on their website

This is a company that steals from customers. They don’t honor their published rates on their own website, and prey on the trust of unsuspecting customers.

Example- I exchanged $300 US, and received 4000 pesos, an exchange of ~.07 pesos per dollar. When I inquired about the disconnect, I was told the rate I was looking at on their website was t accurate ( how is this possible) If you check The ICE website, the current rate per peso is 14.84 pesos dollar. While I understand rates change constantly, this large of disconnect is simply theft. I as a customer on this day at the current rate published on their website should have received 4,450, a disconnect of nearly 10%. ( and that’s after we paid a $9 flat fee for their service)

Save yourself the trouble and use an exchange you trust and steer clear of international currency exchange at any location.
