I was so excited to receive the shirt that I ordered from Iceshion, but when the package arrived, it was the wrong shirt. After several attempts to reach them, I finally got a response that offered a 15% refund or I could ship the item back at my own cost for a replacement. I stated this was not acceptable, they said the most they could refund me was 20%. Their website states on the return policy page that if the return is due to Iceshion's mistake, the customer will not bear the cost of shipment return. Terrible customer service. It seems more like a scam.

I ordered 2 Denim jackets. They sent me 2 Tshirts. I contacted them via email. Informed them they sent the incorrect items. They wanted me to ship back the Tshirts to China at my expense . I said it was there mistake and they should pay for the shipping. They refused. i never received my denim jackets. I reported it to my Credit Card Company. They couldn't get it resolved so the CC company just credited my my money. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Absolute scam. Were advertising a "leather" shirt, charged $70. Showed a pic of a shirt in the ad that WAS clearly leather. When the shirt came, I knew it wasn't really leather before I even opened it. It came in a small envelope and was folded into a small square (hard to do with leather). When I opened it, the shirt was a soft material, possibly polyester, was highly wrinkled (leather doesn't wrinkle), had NO breast pocket and looked nothing like the shirt in the ad. They also clearly shared my number with every other scam out there, as since the purchase, I am getting 5-7 spam calls a day. In addition, I just had to close out and destroy the credit card I'd used due to fraudulent charges being placed on it.

Avoid this seller at all costs. It's a total scam!! I paid $100 for a nice embroidered shirt, and I received a piece of garbage that probably costs $2 to make. It's such a ripoff. They told me to ship the shirt back to China at my own expense if I was unsatisfied. Never do business with this website. It's a total fraud!

Negative 5 stars. I received a partial order 2 months after I ordered it and nothing was as advertised. Anything “embroidered” either had nothing on it or was a tacky printed mimic of embroidery. The material was see-through and cheap. A dress didn’t come. I spent $275, disputed with PayPal who offered no tax or shipping refund, paid to ship the junk back to the company and might get a partial refund. It’s a scam. Buyer beware.

Paid $100 for a top that was supposed to be embroided but had a disgusting plastic transfer instead. They said it was a cotton linen blend, it's crappy polyester.
Took a month to get here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They also do business under the name of Stylevela. I ordered 4 items and 1 was completely a different style. The other 3 items were all wrong sizes either extra small or extra large when I order medium. The quality is not as pictured. They do not honor their return policy to pay shipping on returns if they are at fault. They require you to ship back items to China to get a refund which is costly. THIS IS A SCAM SITE!

I ordered a nice looking dress. Got a totally different dress. Customer service doesn't respond, big scammers

Buyer beware. There is NO RETURN policy with this company. If they send you the wrong item or size you are stuck.

Ordered a mans jacket very nice paid 73.00 for it I ordered December 31 received it February it was a shirt not a jacket now they want answer my emails for a refund

Looks like I fell for a scam others are writing about here. Found a good price and purchased a pair of pants. Said shipping within 3-7 days. After 10 days I wrote to them and got no response, but the next day got a notice it was shipped. Product was poor quality. You have to write to them to initiate a return, and they told me I had to mail it back to China. Not worth the shipping.

I made my order in November 2024 it is now January 28th 2025 and my order has just landed in the USA. I litterally had to contact 3 gov agency before this company even would answer my emails. I 100% will never order from this chinese comany again. Anything shipping from China takes forever. My advice never order anything that ships from china you have little recourse

Ordered on 12-8-2024, was told 10 business days, no replies back from iceshion when contacting about delayed shipment, received Jan 18th, ordered a multi-toned leather bomber jacket with sherpa lining, received black felt jacket with poorly glued wool lining. Wants me to ship it back to china, i paid 100+ for jacket, the shipping alone costs 70+. Giant scam

5 weeks to receive items. All wrong color and too small. Customer service does not respond. Horrible company. DO NOT order from this company. They ask me to pay the shipping to return the items.

Took weeks to get a response when trying to reach on various request. 1) never rec'd tracking # weeks after ordering, 2) sent wrong color, 3) return and ship back to China at your cost, even though THEY sent the wrong color, THEN they will "consider" a refund. Can't ever locate order #, even though given a few times, same email and screen shots sent.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband for Christmas. It arrived late and the sweatshirt that was sent was wrong! Wrong color I ordered an olive green flag sweatshirt and was send a dark pine color. Don't like the fabric either. I am trying to return this. It is my 4th day sending emails and trying to chat. With no luck!

Ordered a t-shirt from the company. Pretty sure it is the wrong size as it looks smaller than what I ordered. Was not able to verify as the tag in the back of the shirt looked like it was ripped out. In addition to that, the graphic on the front of the t-shirt was completely off center which was it was not meant to be.

I reached out to their customer service department and they told me to send it back to China. I asked them for a return label and followed up three times, and have not received a response. Their site clearly states, "If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason" and yet nothing from them.
