DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

Today is the day my service expired, and i submitted two cancellation requests. The first was 3 weeks ago, the following was 1 week after i did not hear back on the first. I purposefully drained the account associated with my payment method prior to my service expiration date, and just got an email from them that my payment method failed. I have now sent an additional cancellation request.

YOU CANNOT CANCEL THE SUB ON YOUR OWN, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A WAY TO! BUYER BEWARE!

to quote another review: "They keep taking money from an account even after the clan was disbanded over 2 years ago. Warning, keep an eye on your paypal if that’s how you pay, because iclan do not. Plus they never emailed me a monthly receipt even. Terrible site will never use them again."

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. They keep taking money from an account even after the clan was disbanded over 2 years ago. Warning, keep an eye on your paypal if that’s how you pay, because iclan do not. Plus they never emailed me a monthly receipt even. Terrible site will never use them again.
