Avoid at all costs this joke of a person running this so called business will be very accommodating and polite while the transaction of purchasing a vehicle from him is on going.Once you have your new vehicle he won't be the same person and if your unfortunate enough to have any issues he will not want to know.You have been warned stay well clear.

Sold me a completely dodgy car and was then argumentative and rude when I asked for a refund. Ended up getting lawyers involved.
They had tried to cover up all of the faults and illegally passed the MOT when the car was not safe to drive. I took it to a garage and they quoted me over £1000 in repairs which is absolutely not what you expect when you buy a new car.
They have since tried to resell the car which is a Ford KA reg EX63 CCD

Bought a car of James last week, service was great. Went down to his lot to check the car I wanted and it was as described and he was very friendly. I will go again

Once again a fantastic service, really friendly and went out of his way to listen to our requirements. We bought a car and are very happy with both our cars from Iconcars. I very recently bought a Ford Focus from Icon cars. Talked to a guy called James who was great to deal with. He spent lots of time with me to make sure I was totally happy with everything. A very friendly and professional company to deal with and gave me a great deal. Far better than the other cars dealers I talked to. I would highly recommend this company as they go that extra mile to help you.

Very poor service. Went to see a car listed as full service history but had a gap of 6 years in the history and no recent history.

Parts of engine bay were all loose following recent work and clear signs of rear impact damage despite being listed as excellent condition inside and out.

Upon raising concerns the salesman’s just walked off and said they would leave it with us which was the opposite of helpful. Highly advise to avoid if you wish to have confidence buying.

Paid a deposit to secure a car for collection a week later. Was advised car needed a 5 minute job completed.

Car wasn't ready for collection and low and behold after 23 days of calling and asking for updates with no calls back, I was advised that the engine management light had suddenly 'popped on' during the MOT.

I think its clear this car had the issue ongoing and that was the reason for the delay. Icon cars clearly trying to cover that up.

Argumentative on the phone and a complete waste of time. When complaining about the lack of responses or updates i was told " Usually customers don't like us calling them just to tell them the car isn't going to be ready" - Great service boys.

The guy I dealt with was a dummy and couldn't comprehend how someone may want the car that they agreed to buy, without having to wait with no updates.
