Friendly staff.Kept to there word and called back when they said they would

At 80 years old this was my first car auction. I was nervous as you can imagine but the staff couldn't have beeen more helpful. Being also hard of hearing they arranged to bid on my behalf, sort out the insurance and tax for my successful purchase and made my day a dream. Thank you so very much.

Great Service from start to finish selling my Porsche. Gary Dunne was extremely helpful guiding me through the process and providing me insight as to how the process would work. Although my car did not quite reach its reserve I decided to sell to the high bidder as it was very close. The finance team also kept me appraised of payment which was very swift; from sale to funds in my account in 8 working days.

Whilst I wouldn't recommend Iconic to sellers due to their excessive fees (almost 25%) my buying experience was good. The car was better than described and the buying process was easy, efficient and I was helped with loading.

To respond, your fees are 9% to the Seller plus 15% to the Buyer = 24% + fees. The Seller effectively pays both as Buyers take the fees into account when bidding

Great experience - communication was good and the care shown by Iconic staff was exemplary. Proceeds of the successful auction were promptly transferred. Definitely a service a would highly recommend and personally would use again.

Well I have to be truthfully I was held up after getting off ferry at Cairnryan with dreadfully weather fog & heavy rain missed the ferry my minutes so had to wait 4 hrs slow drive to M6. 6 hrs late at auction missed the cars I wanted the Chevron B40 & BMW 1800TI appendix k pre 1966. But NIick, Sally and all staff made me very welcome as did MarieCostello and Lionel Abbot. was happy with the Bikes I bid for but not what I came for. Missed NEC as I was testing and coaching drivers. All in all enjoyed the auction and little of race reto show. Best regards to all at Iconic and have a get 2026. I achieved a world record price for my car, so I was extremely happy.
Harry understood the historical importance of the car and positioned the reserve very well.
I have used this auction House several times and will use them again as they are sensible and achieve excellent results.

Selling my classic car with icon auctions, was easy and very exciting, Richard who helped me through the whole process though out, talked me through everything I needed to know,. From the very first phone call to the actual auction, I am so thankful to him.

We cannot praise Iconic enough for dealing with the sale of our two classic cars. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Richard Greenhalgh guided us through the formalities in an extremely competent way - he really deserves a medal! Settlement was prompt and very satisfactory. Well Done!

Initially a very disappointing experience. I was the highest bidder on a lot but the auctioneer did not acknowledge my bid despite it displaying online, I have proof of this. I have missed out on a car I have wanted for a while and the vendor will be receiving less than they should. This review was followed up with contact from the auctioneer who I can only commend for trying his best to resolve the situation. I am at least pleased to learn that the car is going to a good home. Overall an unfortunate situation but I appreciate them responding in a friendly, professional and timely manner. I would use this auction house again in the future.

But that was more about the market for the car I was selling. Rather than the expertise of Iconic.
