Untrustworthy and terrible service.
Had to return some wine due to being corked. 11 bottles returned from 12 purchased. The return address is a residential address on Wimbledon Park Rd, London, as per the returns policy. However, it seems no one is in day-time to receive a delivery. Iconic Wines appears a side business run from a basement? There is no shop or warehouse. Check for yourself. They have also refused to collect the wine from the Depot, and won't refund me either. I've had to request a chargeback from my credit card company.
Received awful wine.

Online ordering is fine and delivery very quick. Ordering on the app is a bit more difficult and have not yet succeeded despite trying several time - doesn't like delivery address input for me. (Wine was lovely!)
