ICS mishandled a €2,000 consumer dispute for five months with contradictory information, unexplained reversals, and no ownership. A correction was applied and then cancelled without anyone able to explain why.
Communication was slow and inconsistent. Decisions were made without addressing clear ambiguity in the cancellation terms or basic consumer-protection principles. The burden was placed entirely on me while ICS failed to provide transparency or resolution.
This should have been straightforward. Instead, it was an exhausting, time-wasting process that showed serious operational incompetence. I would not trust ICS to handle a dispute of any size.

Really bad useless company,
They say with creditcards cards you are ensured,so no money will be withdrawn without you knowing it, well forget it with this company ICS VISA.
Better use PayPal, or any other good creditcard company or alternatieve.
Creditcards have glitch,that isnt for example with playstore posible, were you buy something , and the scammers will withdrawn using prescription .
All Money lost, is gone,so far the illusion your money is save(NO, you just pay for the service).
I cannot say this about all creditcards, only in this case ICSCARDS VISA.
Ics ingnores all information like the scammer Company is blacklisted by many , and some CC companies even block them entirely, not ics(that makes me wonder why).
Money lost isnt even main issue,but the lack of action of ics, and they dont care or bother.
Yes abou to harvest their yearly High costs ,what i just paid,and only goes for a year. High imo because you wont get anything in return, yeah maybe a bad feeling.

I had a dispute with a criminal merchant Opodo Crime. I wanted ICS to take action based on my reporting with all details. Their reaction was that it would not happen again but no action to the merchant, no refund. So covering criminalist….

Bad company without any feelings for people who starting bussineses. A guy who works in a factory for minimum wage 1.1k. Who’s a great danger to lend money to gets his card. But someone who got money and a great plan, gets declined. Creditcard companys need to be removed from earth. Who are they to decide, I can pay or use their code on a website.If they were not here. No one would used this. We have normal bankcards.
*edit: it’s a lie I got so many money stop talking abt protecting. A person with 1.1k wage makes all the money gone every month. If he gets fired he’s in trouble. So it’s a lie. Bad statement and I gonna connect your highest bosses.

If you are abroad outside the EU and are using your local simcard e.g. from NL to contact the company you pay a fortune on your phone bill. That is why the helpdesk earns a one star because it may put you on high expenses. Modern companies include other contact methods like direct linking to a service person or via Whatsapp.

Worst experience ever!!!! I have reported fraud, OBVIOUSLY frustrated. When I call the call centre to find out why I have to wait up to 6 weeks for the case to be handled or any feedback at all, im told that is the process and when I got more frustrated on the call the call agent put the phone down. When I called the complaints desk in customer service they basically did the same thing. They told me very clearly that they only give information, they are not there to deal with customer frustration and if I am not happy with the process then sorry for me anything more than that is not their job. The ability to deal with frustrated clients in this company is clearly 0!! Then why is it called customer service?? It should be called information agents or an information desk!!! If you agents cannot deal with nervous and frustrated customers who potentially risk their hard earnings on scams after all your advertising of protection then why bother even having a customer call centre, just load use the website as a resource and thats it!! I couldnt even discuss my interpretation of the process because the agents are more concerned about my frustration than helping me solve my problem!!! Is this 2025 or or 1995? what world are we living in?

I applied for a new card so I could rent a car. It took some time so I called them to chase it. Apparently they have declined my application because my salary is paid into a different IBAN than the one I am paying the bill from. My monthly net income is 9k. They won't let me resume this application, and I don't have time to submit a new one. Staggering incompetence. The cards aren't even a good value proposition but they have a virtual monopoly.

Hello everyone,
My card was fraudulently used, and money was withdrawn from an ATM without my consent or presence. At the time of the transaction, I was in a completely different part of the country for a wedding, and my card was always with me. Despite clearly explaining this, a person from the chargeback department refused to do anything, and refuse to solve this issue
I’ve had a credit card with them for years and have never caused any issues. The first time something happened, they did absolutely nothing to help. They didn’t check the ATM, didn’t investigate properly — they simply relied on Jonatan’s judgment instead of doing their job.
Don’t believe the lies they promote about card insurance and protection — you’ll end up like me losing your money.
This is a terrible service and I strongly recommend avoiding it.

I’ve had their highest card for more than 8 years and until a few months ago my score would have been 5 stars. Due to the reduction of some important conditions (as a regular traveler) and new additional services that I’m not interested in, I will be cancelling my cards (including my wife’s card).

I asked one credit card, they not allow to change to be my own code, not even sent via post as they promise till I called them this morning then they will resend code to me again via post.
But they said if I choose between 01 July and 08 July I can choose my own code, after that not.

Topping up the credit card instantly is not always possible. There is a five hour window every day in which payments are not processed and the card is utterly useless. I'm currently waiting for 4,5 hours before the payment clears and I can finally pickup a rental car.
