Fantastic service - I called as I wanted a Bifold door - they turned exactly on time ready to fit - realised that I had measured the wrong door and it could not be used - they also pointed out the door would not work as I had hoped so suggested an alternative. They came back again bang on time with a new door at the bespoke size - a lock was also added as I decided I wanted a locking door so called up for the addition. They were absolutely Brilliant from the Sale to Completion Paid after it was fitted too

This was a pre-hung door. It fitted well, but the quality of the workmanship was poor. I emailed complaining with photos. Never received a reply.
Now a couple of years later despite buying special finish and finishing the doors exactly as specified the very thin veneer is peeling. They claimed that veneered doors lasted better. I don't think so.
I have since bought solid oak doors elsewhere, for only 25% more and I am very much happier. I would recommend buying something cheaper and painted or something better and longer lasting
