Extremely unprofessional interview experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner (Maria Robillard) started the call by making inappropriate personal comments about my appearance (asking about skin filters) and laughing before the introductions even began.
The Expert Lead (Stefanie Wenzel) was cold and detached throughout the process. Despite mentioning "next steps" during the call, they sent a generic rejection 48 hours later. The lack of basic respect and the strange focus on my looks rather than my qualifications was shocking. If you value a professional corporate culture, be aware that this was not the case here.
Disappointed
They just removed our account and offers. Cause we don't have any valid VAT-ID. So why did you approve our account at the beginning? We've been working with you for 6 months without single problem. We made our payments on the time. Really disappointed!!!
Waterproof function it’s a total Scam
The waterproof function it is totally bad, after a couple of months of use, I experienced some water leaks on my feet,

Never ever idealo again
I placed an order on the 7th of December but only got tracking info on the 21st. I had already bought my product elsewhere so I canceled the delivery. The order was sent back to the carrier on the 23rd of December and till date, neither idealo nor the seller answers my emails or phone calls.
Idealo, I need my money back. If not I promise you and this seller will be sued!

Fake site
You are advertising the website Softwerzentrale from Germany, which cheats and steals people. They don't deliver the goods, they send the courier information, the tracking number and finally the bill for the goods that were never delivered. At the suggestion of Idealo, as the lowest total price, I ordered goods from them, as did a large number of people who were also deceived. So far I have had faith in you as a serious site. So I want to tell you not to advertise them anymore because that way you lose people's trust. Unfortunately I will no longer trust you and you have lost my trust as a safe site.

Fake low prices all the time
Fake low prices all the times. The button to report errors doesn't work (this seems to be the case for years and idealo is aware of this judging by some forum posts I found). Geizhals.de seems to be a much more reliable source for best prices that also has much better filtering options.

Idealo.at is a tricksters site
I ordered Dolomite shoes for 142 euros and got a totally different shoe which does not worth 30 euros. They look like s*it and you have ruined Christmas for me. For me this is a big money, it is something that I can't afford very often. This was a robbery, selling a totally different product from the one on the site, in the photo. If I could I would sue you.

Deficient tracking system (but I received my product)
In idealo.de it was written that my product would be delivered from 9.9 to 09.10. Today it is 09.10 and on the site there is not even the shipping number.
EDITED: Hi! Yes, my order was delivered last Monday (September 12th, 2022). So, instead of 1 star, I will give 4.

Overall a great website, does its job well but there's room for improvement.

For instance:
- Inclusion for more stores: I've found items cheaper in 'unlisted' stores several times
- Some sort of notification when a price is exclusive to their referral click
- Better sorting possibilities for foodstuffs: option to sort by price/kg
- Possibility to include results from other countries that ship to mine (i.e. merging results from specific retailers from idealo.fr)

No happy at all they send no tracking…
No happy at all they send no tracking number no information as to when they shipped I contacted the company directly five times and no answer I had to check all emails and found one they say it takes almos three weeks to get the item, I get stuff from China to Germany in 3 weeks this company is in Germany and it takes 3 weeks? Not acceptable.

Best friend with pharmacies
Idealo is my best friend when I am buying something like medicines. All online pharmacies have integrated promotions with them. That saves a lot.
The integration has some issues. Clear the cookie if the price is incorrectly displayed.
Useless!
None of the information they provide, is up to date. Clicking links that says "in stock" and "delivery 1-2 days" only to find that the products are NOT in stock and will take months to get delivered. Useless service...

Don't buy from Idealo if you need stuff quickly
The delivery window was Wednesday to Friday. The shipping order was taken out on Monday and the goods were recorded as received by GLS (In Austria) on Thursday. Surprise, Surprise e-mail from GLS saying that they hoped to deliver it Monday. Now I will try to cancel, so I can buy it locally (Probably also not too easy).

I ordered an apple watch which was marked as a black friday deal and was 30% cheaper than normal. The next day i got an email saying there was a price error and i will not receive it even though i already paid it through paypal. Now i have to wait for my money to be refunded and i missed my friends birthday as this was supposed to be a present.

Very unsafe place to shop
Very unsafe place to shop. Fraudulent shops that collect credit card info by selling products too cheap and then just delete the order with no explanation and then change name so it is impossible to warn others against them.
My latest 8 orders on Amazon.de were cancelled - all from advertisements on Idealo.de

slow and intransparent
I bought a game for the Switch last saturday. Only after buying I saw that it should not be delivered before wednesday. Now it is thursday and I finally get another email that the packet will be shipped today (not arrive here!), expected shipping date wednesday next week. I also got another email saying that they use DPD and they are overwhelmed with the many packets. WHY THE F*** DO THEY USE DPD WHEN THEY CAN'T HANDLE THE PACKET LOAD OF A PANDEMIC WHICH IS ALREADY GOING ON FOR ONE AND A HALF YEARS???? DHL on the other hand did know how to adapt to this situation and every packet arrives here at our door with no delays. Un F***ING believable. Now to the intransparency: I did not know about those delays until I got the email with the shipment notification today. If I would have had the information I would have cancelled the order immediately and got it from a more reliable source. Never again.
And I want to clarify this: this is a SYSTEMATIC PROBLEM. I read some idealo replies and they are always like "I'm sorry our supplier didn't... blaa". YOU idealo, YOU chose this business model of working with many suppliers. If YOU want customer satisfaction YOU are in charge of getting all the information you need (INCLUDING IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK OR NOT) from your supplier. Because the customer only receives the information from YOU. If you have a bottleneck further down the road you can shift the blame, but the result IS the same. Dissatisfaction.
