Some pros and cons
The product (a walking stick) arrived promptly. It’s a nice surprise that it has torch and alarm! I didn’t know it’s foldable and its height as it’s shortest still too high for my 5’1” mother. Luckily, she mainly use it as an aid to getting up when seated.

I had contact from a person from Ideal World.Ansh. Not sure of there position with ideal World?
They seem to think doing refunds is the end of the question.
Sending me to toothbrush in exchange for the bad service I got from lab life 23 emails and 23 phone calls to lab life with no reply whatsoever. Ideal world said they will pick up the lifetime guarantee. Why would any company pick up a problem instead are not dealing with a company that's so bad. And has no respect for the customers that buy their product it's ridiculous and stupid. Lab life the two strange girls who go on television spouting about how wonderful these products are.They will never get back to a customer for any kind of replacement parts makes no sense whatsoever. Beware of lab life you've been warned other customers have the same problem so I've been told by ideal World you cannot get in touch with lab life. Phone calls emails which were given to me by ideal world to contact them for any parts required. Knowingly they don't answer the phone and they don't reply when you leave messages or emails. It's the most ridiculous setup I've ever heard about.
All I can say is there's not one company I know in Britain or anywhere else that will put up with this nonsense. These two strange ladies from lab life you've been warned about lab life.
Be sensible and think about before ordering lab life will never get back to you. As I said if you want to contact them like I did 23 emails 23 phone calls with no reply whatsoever it's a complete waste of everyone's time my opinion cowboys what should I say cowgirls com merchants. It has gone over to Trading Standards maybe they can get a answer as I certainly can't from lab life company ideal world will be picking up the problem for years lifetime guarantee it's totally Madness. No sensible company would put them sells in this situation.
