Im not sure what is happening with this site. The login link for existing customers is not working. Most of the products seem to be out of stock. Loyalty points do not work, sent a message to them, they said they would redeem my £15 in points manually and still it did not get applied. So I can’t even get onto the site to cancel my subscription or even view it. It started off so well and now it seems to be failing.

Above & beyond this time as ordered our 2 Bengal cats some of their favourite Thrive chicken treats and it was taking longer than usual , so asked if had been dispatched, receive today with fast postage , with an apology for delay and sent a complimentary tin of treats . Always good prices but they always go that extra mile with customer service! Can’t praise them enough.
