Great jacket at a great price, over the moon with the purchase.
Was a bit sceptical at first as it’s not a site I’ve used before but Jason answered every single question I had and sent any extra pictures I needed quickly. Certilogo confirmed authenticity and the customer service here is second to none.

Great communication from Jason throughout the process from start to finish. Unfortunately the shirt was a little too big but the refund process and communication was excellent, Jason responded to emails within minutes unlike some large retailers who take days.

Great service. First time I'd bought from Identity and even though there were good reviews I was a little bit concerned. Brilliant though, bought a pair of Mephistos at a great price, delivered quickly and perfect. I will definitely be buying from there again.

Outstanding Experience
What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Jason and Identity Menswear. He could not do enough to answer my questions on an item. The item arrived the very next day in perfect condition. They may be a small company but they put to shame a lot of the bigger retailers. I will certainly be using them again.
