Bob saved me cancelling my account

Bob saved me cancelling my account. I never had to call Identity for an issue. It took over 20mins to get to Bob. I realize there are technical issues, but it was very frustrated and I wanted to cancel the account and go elsewhere. Bob explained things and was very patient and informative. If I ever have to call to ask about an "alert issue" I will ask for Bob.

DECEPTIVE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY

I did not sign up. Must have been through bank or credit card fraud when they automatically add 🤔 I cancelled and was ignored. Kept getting charged had to cancel 2x. This is fraudalent. Specifically concerned that they know credit score when I have a freeze on all reporting agencies for 20 years. I NEVER authorized Identity guard access to my credit. Very upsetting.

Helpful, Upbeat & knowledgeable Rep

My rep was the most friendly, helpful, positive customer service rep I have experienced in years throughout any industry. Juanita was great.

Juanita was great.
She patiently listened as I explained the fraudulent check that cleared my account and how Bank of America had been totally unresponsive and provided no status or any acknowledgement that BoA was even working on the theft. Juanita got BoA's fraud group on the phone and within minutes the BoA representative put the stolen money ($4,880.36) back into my account while we were on the phone!! If it were not for Juanita's intervention who knows how long I would have been waiting for or if I would have ever received my money back.

Superior Service

Juanita from identity guard was professional, pleasant and communicated well. I am very impressed with the superior service I received, and Juanita’s invaluable assistance. This is the first occasion that I required assistance. She explained in detail what I could expect. She contacted the bank and stayed online to assist. I have had other services in the past, and had to do all the work to resolve an alert. I’m going to tell my family members about this company.

Help with Possible Identity Theft Exceeded My Expectations

My first call to raise the issue I was having was capably handled by the agent who took the call. She told me I had White Glove service, took some information and then connected me with Tere. Tere was very patient, understanding and helpful. She had great ideas and advised me of important information. Although we didn't entirely solve the mystery of what is happening (still waiting for an update from the lender who contacted me), I am confident after working with Tere that my identity has not been stolen and I am not at risk. Tere advised me that I can have her monitor for 90 days, which I authorized.

I have been paying for Identity Guard for about ten years and never have had an issue that required me to call on the company. I am so happy that when I actually needed the help, it was there and exceeded my expectations as to capability.
