Keeping you're proper helping for costumer service not using with ai messages

Very Very very bad service so many time i i inform you WhatsApp support that is not helpful only msg for ai msg s that options very badly service WhatsApp support ..am not hear am working for dubai many many time s i call tha bank not answering bank costumer assistant service yes am check to ready today but not ready 1 month ago Missed EMI: Avoid late payment charges! Your total dues of Rs. 2869 for Consumer Durable loan A/c have been pending since 3rd Jun. Unfortunately, payments made after 8th Jun will incur late payment charges. Pay now and avoid extra charges you will tha pay extra charge ?
I have already keep the account balance but you not received my money that is not my issue this is your issue 😡😡
You may loss my excellent cbil score everything I need to my excellent cbil score That's your responsibility🤬

I have account in IDFC

I have account in IDFC, I Use idfc first account from last 2 years and i am very happy because i don't think india have a better banking than idfc, Zero fee banking is a lot for me , many features, rewards point on both saving account and credit card , i think this the best bank every indian needs.

Cheating bang and fill the abusive staff

Disappointed by Discriminatory Education Loan Rejection

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with IDFC First Bank's Education Loan Department. We applied for an education loan for my sister, and the application was rejected on the grounds of my father's profession – a retired officer from the Uttar Pradesh Police Department. This reasoning is not only unprofessional but appears deeply discriminatory and unjustified.

Despite multiple follow-ups, we received no clear or satisfactory explanation, and the grievance redressal process has been entirely ineffective. As an Indian citizen currently residing abroad, I attempted to escalate the issue through the RBI Complaint Management System, but access from outside India seems to be problematic.

A bank that promotes education loans should be impartial and inclusive, especially when evaluating a family's ability to support higher education. Denying a loan based on the applicant’s family background rather than financial eligibility is a serious concern.

I hope IDFC First Bank revisits its internal policies and takes accountability for such behavior. I cannot recommend this institution for education loans or related services.

I am writing this review that IDFC has breached the terms of banking and shared my transactions to 3rd party making me bear heavy loss

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing and alarming experience with IDFC First Bank. This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The bank has committed a serious breach of confidentiality by leaking my current account statements—including sensitive information like transaction history and client names—to one of my direct business competitors.

This blatant violation of privacy has been happening for nearly two years, resulting in significant loss of business and trust. The fact that confidential data was accessed and shared without my consent is both unethical and possibly illegal.

Despite raising the issue with the concerned branch and higher authorities, there has been no satisfactory action or accountability taken till date.

I strongly urge other business owners and individuals to think twice before trusting IDFC First Bank with their financial information. A bank that cannot protect your private data should not be in the business of banking at all.

I had visited idfc first bank in khargone for opening current bank account and branch person had told me to open current account within 2-3 days and later my shop Ajroo Collection adress verification also had completed by bank team and after 7 days bank person saying that we can not open your current account due to less stock I has told bank person already that it's my start up and I am seller on amazon that's why I started with 50 kurti even bank person had seen as well , if he had not open my account why he wasted my 7 days instead he had to tell me from beginning that we can open current bank account with less stocks, I had submitted all documents adhar Pan card gst certificate udyam certificate

I have applied for loan 8 days ago, all procedure completed on the app it shows disbursed successfully but till the date money not yet credited, after several calls reply got is only we r working, is this really a good way to treat customer?

loan

i taken personal loan.. 1 lakh and the rate of interest very high 27.5 and at the time they never told me this much interest i have to pay... very bad service. around 2500 rupees only i paying interst (monthy emi 4317). dont take any loans from idfc

Fake promises by IDFC bank and no help when needed

I am facing an extremely bad situation with IDFC bank and it started from the time i applied for AShwa credit card. Actually I was trying for the Mayura card as I was travelling and then there was no mention of about the salary limits and they declined without giving a reason, then finally was able to get Ashva card.
I had a terrible burglary incident IN United states and there were 2 fraudulant transactions done with that card before I was able to block all my cards. Someone broke into a parked car and took away all my belongings including licence . Now when i reported this on 13th or 14th Feb since then it was already a delay in response, then when I tried getting a card in US there was no provision. So if someone wants to check they can atleast track that being in States for 4 months and after that incident i have blocked and issued new card and finally started using only when someone got me that card in the month of April. Which for a layman is clear that there was fraudulent or else i am not an idiot who will block a card in another country and be cardless for 2 months until I started using again or even activated only when it reached me. Now they tried calling me and I told my indian numbers are only working on whatsapp or call me on 3rd may so i am in india, but to my surprise i directly received a mail that case has been closed on 5th may without conversation and in banks favour. I am sorry for the customers we should not trust as they are not helpful for the indian citizens who was helpless abroad and not even having a courtesy to read the email and call. Now if i am not receiving a call or getting my amount in next 24 hours I will be contacting my legal team and put a case . I am sorry i was calm for the past 3 months even after when I got the card issued after to and fro , but the water has reached its peak.

pls dont take any products or crdt card from idfc banks ..total fraud ...i have faced the issues a lot ....i have to pay emi ..nd it was late for the month ...nd also i have infrmd that 1st itself nd main branch begumpet offc ..eventhough they are calling countienesly.also i have gave a response tooo ..but they are coming home nd making calls again and again nd making harassment nd feels lot of pressure tooooo .....nd main thing they add a bounce charges nd penalty chrges nd extra charges heavily

I have loan from IDFC they are frauds…

I have loan from IDFC they are frauds ... 2nd maintained amount date EMI paid online for their request later again after that same month they have bounce on 10again for the money EMI...
They double emi taking fraud Bank in one month....
Others avoid this Bank for your Futures they will spoil your cibil and take double of EMI earlier when your check is bounced they said for this situations... intreste rate are very high...
