Sam went above and beyond to make sure I got the display cases in time for Christmas. They are well packaged and very easy to assemble. We will be using again.

Great customer service when DPD failed to deliver my parcel and then lost it! They got on the case and sorted it, phoning me and keeping me in the loop.
When the product arrived well packaged we were thrilled. Excellent quality and easy to assemble. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered four display boxes and two stands, two of the boxes being quite large size.
The assemblies are extremely easy to build, precision cuts, way easier than IKEA products. The packaging was extremely professional, however, when delivered, I got a small corner cracked (I wander how bad the shipping handling was, since it's really difficult to break something such well packaging).
The support is EXCELLENT, they issued in no-time a new free-of-charge order with the broken pieces.
While initially I thought the products might be a bit pricey... now I know where to order for future LEGO display cases.

After ordering I got another Lego supercar and needed an additional display so I contacted Customer Service (CS) to ask if they could add another display. CS advised me to re-order all I needed and they would cancel the original order. I did re-order and got the displays I needed quite fast and they are excellent and exactly what I was looking for. I have now ordered a second set of displays I need because of the excellent quality and great CS ! Highly recommended (which is an understatement in this case) !

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend and didn't realise the wait time on dispatch and got in contact with company. Received quick and amazing customer service who helped ship my item next day! Item is perfect and in the best condition. He has wanted this for ages and he is going to love it! Highly recommend will be buying from again!!!

I received my display case today for the Lego Titanic. It came from the UK to Utah in about two weeks. Package was torn, but was so well packed there was no damage. Put together in about 30 minutes. This is a great case, wonderful engineering.

The Vespa 125 Lego display case exceeded my highest expectations.
Delivery was prompt. Protective packaging was the very best.
This is top quality, well-designed and manufactured, and I am proud to own and display.

Purchased the tall coffee table for the Lego hogwarts castle. It was made and sent quickly and the product is very high quality and was very well wrapped and sent. Purchased a display case for Lego 43179, Mickey Mouse, this is a high quality item, absolutely delighted, first class service , will definitely buy from this company again, great product and so much better than others I have tried in the past. I have just bought my first display cases for my new Lego technic collection I have started, Ferrari, Porsche 911RSR, McLaren Senna & Ducati panigale, looked at other sites but decided to try idisplayit as others seemed a lot more money, still thought was expensive until I received them, well packaged, easy to put together & sturdy, fantastic customer service, had a scratch on a couple of panels, emailed them & items were ordered straight away, on order stated delivery 1 - 2 weeks received them in 4 days, all in all I would recommend this company & I will be using them again, actually I just have, just bought the Lamborghini Sian case & angle bracket.

I just recently brought two display cases from this company,
One the titanic and the other T2 camper van.
As I have young grandchildren who are into everything these display cabinets are worth there money in gold.
As it keeps there little hands off them as I don’t want my titanic to sink ,
As for my next project is going to be the Lego vesper scooter ,which by looking at there web site have not yet produced a case yet.
If any Idisplayit team are reading this please would you consider putting a scene on the back panel ( a Italian coffee shop or a beach like the T2 camper scene )

I have ordered a number of display cases for my Lego sets from idisplayit and I cannot fault them. I have ordered small cases to large ones and the quality is fantastic. My last case arrived in under one week from placing the order. They are my definite go to for all my display cases.

I bought the cover for Lego kit 31200 (Sith Lords) and 31199 (Ironman).
I felt that the single kit covers were perfect, but I was a little unsure about the triple kit, as I felt it was a little 'snug' in the frame.
I contacted the company, and they asked me a number of fair questions, to ensure that I'd fitted them correctly (the instructions are really simple and easy to follow), which I answered, and took pictures to illustrate my issue.
They redesigned the product around my feedback, and shipped me replacement parts, in a speedy manner.
Any company looks good if you have no issues. It's how a company responds when you have issues that shows how much they care for their customers. iDisplayit are one of the good ones. Will happily use them again, and recommend them to others. Outstanding service.

I ordered a Lego R2D2 and the friends café and apartment case on Black Friday delivery was quick and I was very impressed with the quality and look of the cases.They were very easy to put together in fact it probably took longer to unpack the well packed box and protected pieces than put it together, will order again thank you

I have placed this review following my order for 2 x display cases for one lego set (LEGO Architecture - London) and one Ravensburger Light up Big Ben clock.

To be honest, the cases feel a little overpriced at present, but I have just ordered them, so I cannot comment on them as of yet, I am expecting delivery by the end of the month, which also seems a little too long for delivery, especially as the company is based in the UK.

I paid £75 in total for both cases, however, I was left with limited options, considering the Ravensburger Big Ben is quite an awkward size to find and so I am grateful that this company offered a size that could compliment it for less than custom display makers were charging.

I am optimistic about the quality of the items given previous reviews.

I have currently put three stars for a couple of reasons:

1. Price - it just feels a little expensive at the moment.

2. Delivery time - 2 - 3 weeks seems too long

3. No 'Welcome Offer' for new customers - I feel in this day and age, a 10% offer could have been good for getting new customers.

This is my review so far based on just visiting the website and the ordering process, however, I will review in due course.

Following this review, I received an email from Pure Display Ltd (iDisplayit company name). They outlined the reasons why dispatch times take so long and the reason why their prices are as they are.

I am reassured when I receive an email like this, as it shows me that a company does care about its customer feedback and they have taken the time to reach out.

I have received the products that I ordered, well within the 2 - 3 week dispatch time, this is a huge tick in the plus box.

The items were very well packaged and I had no worry that the items would be damaged in transit.

The quality of the acrylic is superb, being thicker than most of the variations you can buy on eBay and Amazon - this is definitely built to last and has an err of quality about it.

The panels fit together extremely well and the screws give me more confidence that if the display case was to take any accidental knocks, it will withstand a fall.

Overall, I have to upgrade from 3 stars to 5 stars because even though I was a little taken aback by my initial feelings - this company seems to be one to be trusted. Thank you for your service.
