Questionable service

Ever since renewing but with SIM card only, I have had intermittent problems in receiving or making calls.

Poor Support

Very convoluted to speak to someone, especially when the won't tell you who the owner is.

Competitive Price, Coverage Questionable

Competitive prices but coverage can be limited with a weak signal. This happens around our home and garden in particular. Recommend to check with the Offcom online tool as coverage will be ok for so.e but not for others as we have found. One additional thing, ID Mobile customer service has been very helpful to speak with on the times we have been in touch; my Live Chat experience has been not so good.

Was previously with 3. ID mobile have been better in every way. The website is better and the contract options are better value. I also find there customer services and renewal options preferable.
