Excellent generally, but struggled with roaming in Guernsey last September.
By far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.
Unable to make or take calls, unable to call the customer service line and when we finally are able to talk to someone, they are unable to help. They have tried to charge me £500 to switch networks, despite not providing me with a reliable service. I received an email from ID complaints team asking to outline and show examples of the problem. When I responded, I was greeted with a message saying they would not respond to my email.
Using ID has cost me in lost revenue for my business due to the poor service.

Received a message saying my case has been resolved, despite absolutely nothing being done. Tried to follow up but have been told I would have to start the entire complaints process again. I was accused of not providing information for them, despite having evidence that I have provided the information required. (See above for email response I received when providing the information they asked for)
