Service good but too expensive now with…

Service good but too expensive now with yearly contract increases so I will be leaving when my contract finishes in a couple of months to a supplier that does not increase costs each year !

The cost of running a reliable network has continued to rise, including things like supplier costs and maintaining and improving our infrastructure.

Like most providers, inflation has an impact on operating costs. The increase reflects general inflation, and the additional 3.9% helps us cover other essential costs involved in keeping the service running and investing in ongoing improvements for our customers.

Good efficient network

Good experience with these people they never contact you unless there is a problem with the network or any other things that go wrong otherwise out of 10 for customer experience a pleasure to do business with them. 😊

Brilliant reception

Extremely good reception even when out in the wild or remote places. My husband's phone does not have the range of 5G the same as mine and his phone is an upgrade from mine. Also very useful app to show your bill has been paid. Third year with IC I would recommend.

Top mobile network…

I have no issues withID mobile unlike other mobile networks.
I get plenty of data and at a very good price.
I even recommend iD to friends and family.
I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great price, lots of data and a service second to none.

The worst mobile company I have ever…

The worst mobile company I have ever been with, can't chat to a real person over the phone,just txt chat back& to,I was offered an upgrade,so I picked the Motorola g86,you sent the Motorola g15,I sent it straight back to you unused,tracked by royal mail,still waiting for you to sort it out,you have got me down for a new contract,I am still on my old,new one was never activated,so my old contract ends 12 of may,still waiting for you to sort this out.a purcell.
