Outstanding customer service.
I placed my order but what I ordered was out of stock. However Natalie went above and beyond to sort this out for me and gave me some different options if I was in a rush as it was a gift.
Within 6 days of my original order I had changed order and had it delivered.
I’m so please with the item i purchased and I know my friend is going to love them.
