SO DISAPPOINTED! After trying to sell my ring locally, a jeweler recommended IDNID, so I sent my ring in and opted to use their VIP service. I was pleased to learn that my ring sold quickly and was expecting to receive payment by November 15, 2019, per the contract. I have yet to receive my check and each time I call, I am told that they are having trouble with their internal check processing system and am asked to be patient. It is a terrible feeling to not be provided a realistic timeline or to feel as if I have no recourse. Feel robbed!

I had a great experience with IDNID. Their system is flawless, and I like how they authenticate the purchases. What I loved most is how helpful the customer service is. As a side note, I would recommend ordering at least a month in advance, It can take a while to receive your purchase so order it sooner rather than later!

Excellent Customer Service!!! I purchased a ring and needed it expedited to have it in time to propose to my girlfriend. The customer service was fantastic and I DO NOW I DON"t did everything to get the ring to me on time. They don't only have great prices, but GREAT customer service!!!!

I sold my engagement ring using their VIP listing service. I mailed in the item per their instructions, and it was authenticated and accepted in September 2019. I never received confirmation that the item was listed on the site, and had to reach out directly to clarify.

My item sold on October 10, 2019. As many others have said, their terms stipulate that you will be paid on the 15th of the month following the sale of your item. I should have been paid on November 15, 2019. When I did not receive payment, I emailed the company to inquire as to the delay. Again, as many others have said, they claimed to be "backlogged in check processing." When I emailed again, they did not respond.

They are operating fraudulently, and I wish I had never allowed them to list my item. I'm out thousands of dollars and have little faith I will be paid.

Don't advertise false payment procedures in your FAQ. It has been over 2 months since I sent them an expensive ring and I have yet to receive payment. My experience with the customer service department has been dissatisfactory. I emailed 3 separate times and called them once, and they are usually curt and unprofessional. I am beginning to think I won't be receiving any form of payment and this is an elaborate scam. I was told today that they are backlogged in their check processing and they appreciate my patience. Will update if I ever actually get a check in the mail...

I was a little worried about buying a diamond online...it’s a big investment to purchase on faith... but the team at IDNID deliver!!!
It takes a little time to go through all the steps of appraisal and inspections but it’s totally worth it. I got the ring of my dreams for a fraction of the cost! If you are in the market for diamonds, check it out! You won’t regret it!!!!

In the wake of being suggested by a nearby adornments store that couldn't sell my ring I recorded the ring with them and sold my thing. Julie was an extraordinary assistance. Would suggest.

Sold an engagement ring and sent it in on September 5th. Was told my check would be mailed out October 15th. I called and emailed them multiple times before I finally received my check on November 6th. If you don't plan on sending payments when advertised then don't advertise it. If you plan on getting your money back quickly or even when you're told that you will get it then I don't recommend using this website!

I had a fantastic experience. I was hesitant about using the service because of some of the payment reviews, but it says directly in the agreement that you're paid either on the 15th or the end of the month. I had no problem receiving money for my ring, which I sold faster than I expected at a better price than I received from jewelry shops in my town. I would absolutely use them again and I'm recommending it to all of my friends. My only problem now is that I can't stop shopping on the site.

I would highly recommend this company! I purchased an engagement ring and needed it on a specific date and they made it happen! Customer service was excellent! The ring was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations!

I sold my 14k full cut double banded diamond engagement ring setting on August 18th, 2019. I finally got paid in November after many emails & phone calls regarding the “past due” timeline promised. Their customer service needs revamping, as their billing department. This seems to be a reoccurring problem from reading other reviews. Glad to finally receive my full payment. They could be so much better than this.

Was recommended by a jewelry store to sell my loose diamond. Took a couple weeks to sell and just received payment today. I would use them again.

Sold a 1.08 ct cushion cut diamond ring set in platinum. Payment not received by mail, called them to complain, they finally sent new check. They need to come up with different way of paying people since check is apparently “lost in the mail.” If I hadn’t complained, I never would’ve received payment.

Sold bracelet in August. Sent the bracelet in per their terms. After not hearing any news, I contacted them and was told it was verified and was cleared so I would receive payment. No payment.. Received this email "We understand your frustration, and again we apologize. As we indicated yesterday we are behind in getting checks processed and distributed. We have every intention of getting a check out to you as soon as we can. We ask that you please bear with us while we work through this. Your patience is greatly appreciated." No payment no more responses. Horrible customer service practices. BEWARE...I took everything else off of their site. It appears to be quite a scam. I lost a lot of money. I just want to be paid NOW!!!!! Just a note to say I finally received a check 3 months after sale. I guess the only advice I can give to others in this boat is to file a complaint with BBB and write reviews. Seems like that is what it takes to get movement! It was a huge relief to finally get paid. I didn't think it would ever happen.

I have the same issue as Jeff below. Perhaps they were a decent company at one time but now I expect fraud or perhaps they are having money issues and going out of business. I "sold" jewelry on their website, they verified and sent it to the person that purchased it, but now for a couple months I've gotten excuses about their accounting for non payment and thanking me to be patient. I've even had to push for that unsatisfactory reply. I'm also going to be seeking help from legal system, debt collection, reporting to the better business bureau, whatever I can do to get paid.

After lots of searching I found I Do Now I Don’t because I needed to sell my ring. They were so nice and professional and after two weeks it sold at the price I wanted. They were great the whole time and my savings account now looks a lot better!

DO NOT SEND JEWELRY TO "I DO NOW I DON'T"... they sold our ring in June and we have never received payment. They made excuses for months about cheque issuing that went wrong... It's all a lie. We will be filing fraud and theft charges today with the police. This site is a scam please don't get sucked in.

The I do now I don’t service is fantastic..I had a great experience! I had an unexpected business trip come up and I was gonna be out of town so I let the costumer service know and they got my item on the fast track and even took care of the overnight shipping for me since I needed it the same week! They are amazing and the costumer service is beyond expectations! Thank you i do now I dont!

Very happy with my purchase. Shipping was slow but worth the wait. The ring was just as described. Over all very happy.
