I found the questions to be easy to understand and not based on trying to trick me reader as I have found on other state and Government tests. I also liked the fact that you get the results immediately and can retake the exam again if not successful.

The test experience was fine. However, I would have liked to have the option of not accepting the email test certificate at an additional cost.

The information and questions are much more relevant than in the past. Previous tests included information, such as: 35% of 50 year olds have 40% more accidents after 5 P.M. That kind of data does nothing to improve my driving skills. Thank you for a more informative test this year.

The program content was well organized and presented. The pictures, with very few exceptions, were a distraction much more than help. It would have been better to have no pictures that zero relevance ones.

Too too long.. this is not a 4 hour course. More like 7-8 hrs.

covers key driving facts and backs with data, A good refresher. Just wish it was not time based such it is a pain to folks that read and comprehend fast.

I like the on-line classes but this was not a 4 hr class. It took over 7 hours to complete and that was clicking and moving when the timer was up. The first couple chapters I thought I was in Pre-Med school. I know more about the human eyes and hearing than ever before

Too much technical info that doesn’t improve driving. Too many stats that don’t help either.

Very easy to use, making it easy to pace for each individual.

My husband and I have used this course several times to qualify for a discount on our auto insurance policy. The course is very user friendly, easy to enroll, and, navigate. I like having the ability to do it on-line at my own pace from the comfort of my home versus attending an all day class at some facility. It's also wonderful to be able to get the results of the final exam quickly, and, be able to print the Certificate of Completion. I was on the phone to my insurance carrier within 5 minutes of finishing to get the discount applied to my upcoming renewal. I will certainly recommend the course to my friends, and, will be back in 3 years, to do it all over again.

Was long and had to change password 3 times and stead trouble logging in Felt I had to finish before it would not let me log in again

This is my second time taking your course. It was a good refresher, and I learned new information as well. I am over 80 so it is important for me to keep up with basics driving requirements, changes in the Florida driving laws, as well as being able to receive discounts on my car insurance policy. My neighbor wondered why I didn't go to our county adult drivers course instead. I was limited in walking and the on-line course you offer was more convenient. The only negative I found personally where the statistics which were difficult for me to retain.

Informations was overwhelming being dated back to 2005, please update. Questions are supposed to be related to defensive driving, yet they were so many about statistics, numbers, percents, and other bs. Way too many trick questions.

Way out of date!!! 2005??? Come on, spend the money and update the content. Also, your timer is way too long on most sections unless you are reading at a 3rd grade level.

As for the timing, our course is set so that students can complete a certain amount of hours per day; we know the timers can be frustrating, but unfortunately, the state does require all providers to ensure students don’t fly through the course too quickly.
